Bodycam and dashcam footage shows an Indiana man being arrested after he allegedly drove a children’s electric car while under the influence on August 23. Authorities said an Indiana State Police trooper stopped the “Power Wheels Jeep” and observed that the driver, 51-year-old James McKee, appeared to be impaired. The trooper can be heard asking how to approach the situation considering McKee was driving a toy vehicle made for kids. McKee was arrested for suspected DUI when the trooper determined he was intoxicated after failing sobriety tests.

  1. Poor guy. Clearly he isn't in the best mental state and this is absolutely the last thing he needed. A little compassion goes a long way. What he was doing is just as safe as walking. Ridiculous.

  2. This officer should be given a Mickey Mouse badge. Talk about being petty, Let's hope that the judge had his big boy pants on.

  3. You guys should get a spine specialists opinion wheather those walk and stand tests are normal to do for someone with a back injury, i have a back injury, and I know how dificult it is

  4. Wasn't the law against driving while intoxicated for "public safety" how dangerous could this be even to him! Stopped a guy on a toy and asked for a drivers license WTF!!!! So does this mean children on that same toy are now subject to traffic laws. SMDH

  5. To be honest that cop saved his life. Whenever there is a gap between the curbs he must enter the road. A driver will most likely not see him that low to the ground with no lights

  6. WOW LMFAO These cops really need to get lives or reevaluate their situation in life. There’s no way any cop in the United States could actually say he’s making a difference by pulling over a guy driving a power wheels jeep.
