8. The defense team are not impressive with how they try to twist words and say one thing equals another. It’s super obvious and makes it look like their case is nonexistent. His smirking is gross, what is he so smug about?

9. Hang on. At 6:12:00 those are the documents that were shown for maya's parent refusing the transfer, but the ones shown before said for the psychological treatment of the pain being in her head. The ones the defense shoerd didnt have that and its that same number for cross examination as the ones showed by the plantiff.

10. I dont understand the the people bashing on maya's mother. I would've given everything to have a mother like hers who actually cared about what was going on medically with me.
    From someone who was medically neglected by their mother, maya's mother did what a mother should do. Study what her child has, find treatments that work when all the others dont, tell drs at the er what she knows what works after months of trial and error. I wouldve given anything to have a mother that cared like that and this hospital took it away from this amazing family.

11. 7:44:00 Défense whines about publicity during trial, stating they stopped the behavior while then whining about the FB posts by a "spouse"… the one they will later try to get the whole case tossed out. Right here he states the jurors have his confidence! He's more upset about potential Nazi references. Gonna say these statements blow away their effort to declarer a mistrial post judgement.

    3:22:00 He brilliantly simply states the hospital was not trying to treat her, they were actively not believing their patient, but trying to prove her a liar…. which they failed to do of course, and harmed her as a result.
    6:02:00 Attorney is trying to play the all exonerating 'they had problems before. therefore we could possibly have piled on' game.
    6:23:00 Attorney is trying to say 'see? We didn't permanently harm her, she BETTER today than when you last saw her.'

13. I've watched a hundred trials minimum & have seen many use power point. Is Florida just behind in the times or is this judge just being biased?

22. This Doctor is a gem! And now the jury knows all about CRPS and how JHACH 'mistreated' her! I also find it good that the Judge overrules almost every question for the doctor from the Plaintiff.

23. It was so heart warming seeing Dr. Chopra bring a smile/laugh on Maya's face in a court case that I am sure is very stressful and sad to go through.

25. So sad the woman on the hospitals side is sitting I. The back row grinning and smiling when the cross exam the doctor. How could you be smiling happy or even proud of defending what that hospital and all the nurses doctors everything everyone involved did. It’s so sad.

27. The specialist pain doctor is phenomenal! Absolutely loved him! He explained everything so so well. I’m shocked the defense didn’t settle knowing this guy was going to testify. He just won the case in my opinion.

34. The defense has 0 case so far. It's just been them arguing with everyone who knew Maya and all the doctors she saw trying to get them to say she wasn't sick when they said she was.

36. I wonder if this judge will allow a child to hug their mother next time a case like this is in front of him? I hope his decision of not allowing that hug haunts him forever. He may say that decision doesn’t haunt him but I know it does.

43. Shapiro cited ex. 1040-0225 and stated it was 10/6/2016, the day before Maya went to ACH. I may be blind, but to me, it looks like the date is 10/6/2017 – full year later. I can't be the only one that caught this. lol

44. Wow just wow on that pain doctor. And oh my the drastic change in her temps in the different part of her body. That's like taking a scan and diagnosis of cancer to me there's no question. And John Hopkins didn't do temps test?? Crazy are they not supposed to be the best of the best on children's illnesses. Her inverted feet showed the child was not faking it. I hope they get the full amount because these big corps that's the only way to punish they all actually should be charged criminally
