42. Today the State was completely caught off guard. They thought the judge would never take Kristine Bradley off the case & they were unprepared. Even if they put their best prosecutor on this case, the State definitely has their work cut out for them. I would hate to be the prosecutor going in already losing because you only have 2 weeks to learn this case, not just any case. A retrial, high profile, celebrity, double murder, circumstantial evidence, death penalty case. JUST TWO WEEKS!! Sadly they have nobody to blame but themselves.
