4. This is a classic case of underestimating the other person in a dispute. People like to act and talk tough, but when the limits are tested, everybody wants to cry victim. This could have gone so many different ways.

6. This is why I will never live in an apartment complex again. I owned a condo for seven years on the middle floor and had noisy upstairs neighbors and it was awful. I sold the place last year and I’m never moving into an apartment or a condominium ever again. I got angry all the time because of noise just like this guy did, but I would never go this far.

8. the guy probably worked with alot of prisoners and mentally broke him and being threatened with scissors by a big angry dude who came back at him he obviously snapped

9. The daughter tried to pull him away, but he refused to back down. Sometimes the better part of valor, is to walk away. Plus the guy who had the gun, was looking for a fight anyway. Sad that these folks lost their lives over a noise complaint!

29. I blame his wife from pulling him back multiples times, creating that space for the suspect to pull out his gun. Listen the man is their to protect you and the ignorant wife got in the way costing the husband and the son to die.
