    The reason I think that while raising kids especially when they are teens they tend to not following instructions, careless, back answering, throwing tantrums that sometimes trigger even normal parents.
    It is particularly dangerous in his case because he is proven short tempered person who loses control in such situations.
    So for the safety of his kids he must be allowed to see them only under supervision. Though I am sure he must be loving them truly.

31. I would have said manslaughter at a minimum. At least he recognizes that. The taking of another life based off of someone's irresponsible actions deserves conviction and jail time.
