First of all, CPU Commends this guy for standing up to these officers who illegally ran up on his brother that was just coming into the building…When these officers ran up on him, they did not display thier shields to identify themselves, plus there was no propable cause to stop this guy other than the fact that he was a Latino person in a minority community being patrol by thugs themselves, as you can see the way these officers dress…The brother who filmed this was not afraid to speak his mind and defend his brother from crooked cops….#nypd
