  1. The result of those charges is so unsatisfying. we obviously don’t know the whole situation but 6-7 stabs and a death, tampering with evidence etc over wrestling is crazy.

Hope he got an actual sentencing.

  2. If I were a betting man I would say the dad abused all the family. But regardless as a parent you have to show restraint and just like your partner or any person outside your home you cannot physically assault them. If the courts find a pattern of physical abuse I see the son being released

  3. As a paramedic FTO and Preceptor I am horrified to see these incompetent persons pretending to be medics and not showing any regard for medial training and protocol I hope they can live with this outcome

  4. Holy shit, he stabbed him 6-7 times?! You're trying to kill him at that point and you did. I thought it was just once or twice 😢 What a mess this whole family is. So sad.

  5. As a parent myself, I love the saying “there’s three sides to every story: yours, theirs, and the truth.”

The stabber is acting like he’s mad about the lemonade in complete isolation like that wasn’t the straw that broke the camels back. That’s not at all justifying the actions of either party, but at 15 he knew it was bigger than lemonade. He’s also 15. Kids rush and don’t think about what they are doing and certainly not about what comes next. Kids spill stuff. Kids don’t pay attention. The thing that haunts me most is his biological son saying “he’s all I have” knowing his father ultimately died from this.

We only saw this snippet and not the whole picture so we just don’t know the truth. That’s coming from someone who the victim of a nightmare abusive man not even his own children call a “father” and I refuse to. When I was 14 I had to push my mom’s then husband off of her and he proceeded to throw me against the wall and then go and rip the earrings out of my mother’s ear. When the police showed up, they walked past a bloody door and stood on the fragments of her cell phone that he destroyed when she called tried to call the police who looked right at the windows he screwed shut preventing escape and said “this id his home so there’s nothing we can do.” He hated me and hated the relationship me and my mom had so he did everything he could to torture and abuse me. We finally escaped with money hidden away to get a trailer he tried to burn down when he found out. It left lasting damage on all of us, most of all my little brother and his biological son who he ended up unintentionally winning unwanted custody over after weaponizing the courts because he had more money. My little brother was in kindergarten and almost died in his custody. He of course never received any form of punishment or consequences for his actions and monsters like him always live to be 100. Pissing on his grave is more than he deserves.

  6. fucking hate that the mother actualli still cared about the killer. Its not you son animore when he has decided to stab your partner, are you out of your mind? More that mother instict i see sui…dal istinct

  7. My nephew an I got tired of her husband beating up my sister. So he got drunk and beat my sister and that was the last straw. We were only 12- 10 years old. I gave my nephew a mini bat and I took the old school rotary telephone an unleashed total hell on his face. Granted he was passed out drunk. But that was the last time he ever beating my sister up. My nephew and I were raised right never hit a female an protect females an children at any means necessary. So we did to protect my sister and his mom

  8. When they were putting the dad on the stretcher the heart monitor appeared to be showing V-Tach, SVT or something similar, and his LOC was off. I knew then things were not going to go well for him.

  9. I know im late but if anyone is curious why the mom is so out of it, its because she's prescribed ambien and xanax. Most likely an off brand that doesnt give her nausea. She takes the ambien at 11:55pm, wakes up at 6am, 30 mins later the xanax goes in an empty stomach soon to be filled with 500 calories worth of chocolate caramel coffee creamer. Then she will hop in her 6,000 pound SUV to go get replacement exterior lightbulbs, all the while trying to kill teenagers delivering pizzas in a Ford Fusion at noon

  10. I'm actually siding with Ethan here. That family is so messed up. This is the one time where I'm glad that he's back out of jail. By his story itself, it really just sounded like self defense.

  11. That’s bull shit he is being charged for murder even if the beginning the kid who witnessed it happened said he saw his dad punch the kid in the face than the second time he asked him is when he changed it up

  12. So according to the other son, dad put his finger in the sons face and he "just started swinging."
So its 1 of 2 things. Either mom is sticking out a relationship ship where the father is abusive, or more likely with the way she was talking, she has a son that she refuses to discipline, she probably wasn't around a lot (sounds like she was a single mom for a bit, not saying it was her fault necessarily) and she's trying to protect her little psychopath

  13. What would we do without these firemen/ paramedics? If anything I want tax dollars going to its for more of these kind of people. We should be sending people to school for free for this kind of skill.

  14. Im sorry his father passed away i feel more bad for luke in this situation he had nothing to do with this and lost his father. but this clearly wasnt a good environment for ethan. This should never happened but this wasnt just over lemonade. The mom was detatched like she expected this and knows ethans behavior and i doubt that was ethans first argument with the father.

Rest in peace Timothy/Josh. I Hope Ethan can mental help as im very worried this could be a repeating patrern if he doesnt. And i hope Luke has healed or contuines healing through losing his father. This is a terrible situation (i was hopeful Josh was going to surivive at the start sad to see that wasnt the case. 🕊)

  15. mom is emotionally detached.

that female ems has a huge heart and wonderful bed side manner. she was a gem.

    thats a nice house

no one wins in this situation. feel sorry for his son that kept saying that his dad was all he had.
