Killing is illegal, but so is being homeless. Should be a misdemeanor at best. Some would see it as a community service, especially in the day and age of open borders.

I've been homeless here in London , you don't really have these tented enclaves like America, it makes living rough a psychological ordeal, your on your own , it's dangerous, my first 40 years were spent going in and out of prison, it toughened me up so I could handle the dangers, i managed to turn my life around and now have my own property, i now give back to those in need, i do this without ego, for me its a case of being less selfish and more selfless,
It's sadd what happened but everyone thinking that all homeless people are Angels and contribute to society is almost as disturbing,.There's both kinds,.
Either way no one deserves to be shot by people looking to shoot a homeless person~
