I think that girl is lying. She's not acting like someone thats been abducted. Went in the store twice and she didn't get out and run. No way. I bet she sends that man to prison for rest his life. I hope they find footage to prove She's lying if she is
The cops are there trying to help her and she's not cooperating? Lady they just potentially saved your life and you're not cooperating? Something really odd about this. She a prostitute?
I’m not a detective. But I don’t believe her story
why dint they just tase that fool in the beginning. trying to drive off
He is acting crazy bc he knows that if he does that the judge will let him go bc it's likely happened several times already.
after the fifth monotonous "mhm" i would have been over the idea of helping this woman
So bizarre- 😱
When does a rape victim is questioned in the waiting room and not doing rape kit asap
This girl was not scared.. she’s a liar.. if you were really kidnapped you’d do anything to escape. She’s a complete liar.
Girl wtf?! None of this makes any sense. Like at all. She had to be a working girl.
I would like to say that some of the comments in here are so ignorant. I am a kidnapping and torture survivor. Police need to be retrained to question the criminal more throughlyband not treating the victim like she is a liar. There are many cases where regular patlrol cops deop the ball and they do not pass it to an actual investogator that knows how to do that job. Questioning the victim and making them feel like they aren't believed just because they are calm and nonchalant. Not every kidnapping victim and survivor loses their mind and starts screaming and yelling and running for help. Their brain goes into survival mode. How dare any of you who have never been through this say how you're going to react because you don't know until it happens to you. It's straight up survival. Whenever I was kidnapped, as soon as we made the corner, I became so calm and just started absorbing information as to where we were going. The turns he was making, placing my fingerprints in the car and pulling out strands of my hair out and throwing my hair under the floor mats and between the seats so that if something did happen to me, that the police would find traces of me in that car. The man who kidnapped me stopped a couple of times and I could not get out of the car because it was locked. He had the child locks on. Whenever your kidnapper is right there in view of you and you don't know how long it's gonna be before they come back..If it's gonna be 2 seconds or if it's going to be 2 hours, you are afraid. Who knows if he has a gun or not? Your mind is telling you not to do it, even though your body is telling you to do it. It is literally paralyzing, and you just cooperate to get through to the point to where your body and your mind work together and wait for the time and says freaking run now! Because it waits til you have that 1 for sure chance you will not have again to get away safely. God gave you a sixth sense. It is there for a reason and that inner voice in you will always tell you how to survive if you listen to it. But when police question her like she was lying to them that makes the victim not want to cooperate.
The police didn't believe me either and the man who kidnapped and raped and tortured me only got three months in jail because I wasn't freaking out, and I was so calm. They just didn't believe me. And whenever you go through trauma like that, you're not gonna remember everything right upfront, it takes a little time for things to come back because your brain is protecting you from that trauma. It has been decades since my kidnapping and torture and I still don't remember everything to this day. I wrote a book about my kidnapping, and I actually have more anger toward the police, because they wouldn't listen to me and believe me than I do toward my actual kidnapper who only did 3 months in county jail because of the cops. SMH
I'll call BS on this one.
13% commits 56% of all crime and 65% pays for the 13% to live.
Without them, we could work a 25 hour work week with the billions of dollars we'd save by not paying for their welfare.
So fatigued
You guys? Nobody deserves to be kidnapped.
Seeing the way he "walked", he wasn't catching up to her & throwing her into anything. I'm not saying he's innocent, but her story makes little sense. I have disabilities & even I could have gotten away from him & I can't move fast at all.
Not 1 broken nail trying to get away from him. Amazing feat 😏 All my nails would've been sticking out of his neck.
That cop is being a complete jerk to her treating her more like a suspect than a victim of kidnapping. Even if he suspects that she might be involved he doesn't need to treat her like that he can just follow the evidence and treat her like a victim.
gramps is too old for this foolishness
Victim's Affect is all wrong; she answers Way Too Fast, and Flatly, when being interviewed. I know there's a "no snitching" culture, but this is off the charts – even for DC
She’s so nonchalant. I don’t get it. 🤔
The math aint math'n.. The only thing that makes me feel like sum up cus she had 2 chances to exit the u-haul and she didn't, maybe cus she was naked or thought he was trying to test her to see if she would escape if she did he would hurt her. He was on sum tho so I feel like she couldve finessed him to let her go or enough to escape.
is it just me?
The sad part is she had to stand there naked after he was detained like their minds were already made up. Mind you she weighs probably 97lbs max. Crazy how being a Black woman never gets empathy first…. Ever. But of course no one noticed that. The Black cop gave her a jacket AFTER she was detained while the white COPS gawked and laughed…. How creepy. But hey 40%.
