Teacher Fights Accusations of Molesting Students, Daughter – Pt. 1 – Crime Watch Daily

In the tiny town of Chickanauga, Georgia, Tonya Craft was one of the most trusted people, a beloved, beautiful kindergarten teacher with a small daughter of her own. Parents there felt great comfort sending their precious children to the safety of her class. Craft would protect them, or so they thought.

  1. Why can’t the people who lied be charged and exposed in such a huge lime light as the falsely accused and innocent when they are charged. The media happily blows up the accused and tries then publicly prior to trial. This country or the media has gotten so damn backwards that now you’re guilty until you can prove without a shadow of a doubt that you’re innocent. There needs to be some kind of protective law and some serious ethics looks. It’s damn sad. Innocent until proven guilty FIRST AND FOREMOST!

  2. i dont know this woman but i think she may be innocent
i cant believe her own daughter was involved howcrazy is that?
i feel bad for both men/women who get falsely accused of crimes like this
sometimes with no proof or evidence

  3. The police and prosecutors in this case should be locked up. You can't tell a person suspected of a crime they can't have an attorney present to represent them. Right there you are violating their civil rights. That why those cops should be fired and prosecuted. Criminals can hide behind the law too. And act like what they are doing is just when in fact it's illegal. The law applies to the accused and the accuser too

  4. So basically the cops told her that she doesn't have the right to have a lawyer represent her. WTF!!!! That's literally the opposite of what the Miranda rights says. Some cops are just pure scum.

  5. I used to run child abuse investigations in Georgia. It's way easier than one would think to unwittingly or even purposefully, implant suggestions & minute details in a child's mind about being sexually abused. Interviewers must be highly trained to avoid those pitfalls, interviews should be filmed, physical forensic evidence is crucial, & one always must consider 'bad blood', i.e. were adults purposefully orchestrating the reports to gain revenge against the accused. I also counseled & ran a treatment program for female sex offenders in a maximum security prison. Based on my professional experience, & upon on the way this woman presented on this (limited) show, I think the jury got it right. She was innocent. The woman who disliked the accuser likely coached her daughter & then it snowballed from there.

  6. Every single one of those cops broke the law and absolutely need to be fired! Period! This kind of crap is the reason that it’s so hard for the public to trust the police! I hope every one of those little brats gets their butt busted and spends a couple days in Juvi to put the fear of God into them! Lawsuit!!! I hope this woman is able to get justice!

  7. Does anyone actually believe this story would have been covered like this had she been a man? There's no way in hell there would have even been an interview and no way in hell they would have described the guy as "one of the most trusted people, a beloved, handsome kindergarten teacher". It would been something like "A man that people were supposed to trust but turned out to be a monster". I constantly hear people say this is not the time to bring up the unfair treatment of men and let's keep the topic on this story. When we are seeing the hypocrisy at hand is the exact time we should be pointing it out.

  8. Them not to get back intouch or say something tell you everything. And i agree the parents should get something for making it up. The dad saying her bum means her private part i bet it doesnt. And i think that the only thing he had over his kid. And the others i would bought up the adults had beef with eachother.

  9. Remember the kid that said that Michael Jackson molested him? Well, after MJ died, the kid confessed that it was all a lie and he was instructed to fabricate his stories in order to extort money from MJ! The accuser's mother did the same shit to someone else so she can get 💵💰💰! Once parents put pressure on their kids to lie–they lie to please their parents! Same thing with parents teaching their kids to steal; the kid wants praise from their parents that they'll do anything! MJ's life and career was ruined by this type of witch hunt!
Her ex-husband probably wanted to make her life miserable! Exs can make anyone's life hell if they have enough hatred for their souls!
