   I see guys with paper plates that look fake all the time. Wish cops would actually try and do something about the ones that obviously look fake for this reason. I see it on the streets all the time and they do that’s they don’t get caught.

   He doesn't look bothered at being robbed. He calmly and gently says
   " hey, like he is getting someone's attention in church. His reaction is unusual. I'm suspicious.
