Daniel Holtzclaw, the ex-Oklahoma City police officer convicted of rape and other sex crimes after 13 African American women came forward with allegations that he abused them while on duty, was sentenced to 263 years in prison last month.
One of his victims, a 59-year-old grandmother named Jannie Ligons, was instrumental in bringing Holtzclaw’s abuse of power to a screeching halt when she made the brave decision to turn him in. Crime Watch Daily speaks with her and one of the jurors on the case.

This lady is clearly lying. This whole thing was a sham that was politicaly. Motivated. threw this poor guy under the bus. The only victim here was the police officer, and what detectives did were criminal.

I'm not buying anything these people are saying about him. Something isn't jiving about this case. And that female detective saying she was going after him on a "gut feeling" wait….what!?! WTH? No no way he sexually assaulted an old woman.

Let me simplify the case:
Some of the fake victims were on the wrong side of the law their whole life and didn't like police officers regardless of their character and were lying about it out of spite. A lot of them being oppurtunitists wanting to get in on all the victim points going around.
Other not so fake victims were telling the truth about being assaulted, but were assaulted by another police officer or officers (note the blatant indescrepincies told by the young woman claiming she was assaulted by a 5'9 black man who obviously couldnt have been the 6'2 260 lbs white asian Holtzclaw and later on written off by the ego driven and selfish detective as just memory issues caused by drugs.) that were able to get away with what they did because the wrong man took the fall for it.
Such a tragic case of a by all accounts decent man getting caught in a situation where everything that could have gone wrong for him went wrong and went wrong hard💔
Though in the back of my mind I still hold out hope for a retrial as it seems like more and more people are coming around to just what happened in this case by the day.
