It was Jack! The phone calls are the evidence! My theory is Jack was actually in the house with them! I think an argument took place and the girls wanted him out. Jack pretended to lose his phone (which he didn't even have on him) and refused to leave without it. All those phone calls from Kaylee
indicate they were trying to find a "misplaced" phone!! How many of you have helped someone find a phone? How do you do it? You call the phone hoping to hear it ring. He planned to kill Kaylee that night and the others were out of necessity. First he killed Kaylee out of rage and jealousy! Maddie began calling Jack's phone to help "find" it as Kaylee and Jack were now heavily arguing. When Maddie walked into the bedroom she found Kaylee had been stabbed to death. Jack then stabbed her to death in the same bed where her best friend lay. Xana and Ethan had to have seen Jack and Kaylee arguing, but they went to bed to earlier to avoid the drama. Those two were most likely the only ones that were murdered while they slept. Jack knew where their bedroom was and he had to take out anyone who witnessed him being in the home. That is all. I hope these families get some closure at the very least. Many prayers to each and everyone involved.
Bottom line is police fbi and families are Noo closer now than they were since day this happened!!unless some DNA evidence tells who this killer is I will be surprised if they arrest the killer and its also possible there was a driver or person looking out while he killed the4victems ..??if that is the case then maybe that person will eventually confide to someone 1day what happened. But the killer clearly had No problem doing thus and didn't get freaked out after 1victem but continued to kill them so I don't see he will feel guilt later or turn himself in as he carefully thought deep before doing thus ad knew what police wud look4to solve this crime..and was thorough enoff to be quick and go it wud take a strong will and stomach to do this to 4people!!he made sure they each were dead before going to next person..to do that shows Noo remorse no fear he was on a mission so will he wait and become serial killer??cuz if he got away with this he will feel powerful and not hesitate to kill again!I wud nvr sleep if I lived in that town!

TIP – Moscow police most murders are committed by the last person to have seen the victims alive. In this case, it is the Uber driver who should have contacted police immediately after hearing about the murders. Waiting days is very suspicious, additionally him only knowing the 3 female victims (not the 2 in the basement) is also sus. Clearing him as a suspect because he handed his phone and GPS is insufficient as there are many other forms of transportation that can be taken. Please look further into the Uber driver.
I had a dream about this at last. It seems like it was a group of boys who tortured them before killing them one by one and it looked like Xana manage to stab one of the guys back and tried to run away but was caught. She almost survived..🥺😥😭 sad part is they were having fun doing this.
