  1. Was there a car switch, message, video that makes police look bad, is discovery a criminal law term but civil as pub def used, will county be sued in civil combined in extension of time

  2. It's very strange that Bryan didn't ditch his car after reports of this, he just stayed with his car and acted like he was innocent. I guess it shows how confident he was that he had left no trace at the scene

  3. I really don't know what a attorney will help, it will cost more, the police should be enough, although this case was handled with not much consideration of the close ones to the victims, and very slow, leaving enough time for the murderer to escape. The system of Justice needs to change, give police the might to lock up for 24 hours anyone they suspect, insiders and outsiders, and no charges should be allowed by any family member nothing, to question people while they wait for Forensic evidences

  4. I would love to know who knew to run a drone at night around that crime scene when it wasn't even on the news yet who would have a drone out there at night going around that house and filming this, who is leaking videos from the corner Club who shut down the college website

  5. Not every can afford a lawyer, imagine if you were not able to afford a lawyer, the government is letting these people down, they should assign a victim support to the fammiles to help them navigate these things, these people have to still live, pay rent and buy food and raise their other kids, are they getting any kind of financial support during this terrible time o f personal tragedy?

  6. If my child was murdered, I would want any lead or suspicion followed. Many parents have killed their children and pretended to look for the killer. Without an arrest, anyone is sus. Remember Andria Yates or Susan smith or o.j. ect ect ect. The truth may suprise YOU, but not me.

  7. The fathers outspoken attitude is exactly why the cops won’t tell them anything…the info would leak or he’d go to the media and potentially ruin the case…This isn’t L&O, the investigations aren’t over in a week…quit putting pressure on the cops because then they have to deal with the father and take resources from the investigation…

  8. I LOVE the thumbnail I’ve seen often of the four of these kids together
    I hate the circumstances
But I see my child and my nieces and nephews in these kids!
    ❤🙏

  9. It seems to me that an attorney is just adding more fuel to the growing tensions between the families and the parties involved in the ongoing investigation. Hot shot type attorneys will just flap their gums, recite legal jargon to justify their presence and involvement and just create chaos. I do believe if there is something the investigation parties are not divulging to the parents it's likely that they're on to something so sensitive and can be jeopardized by anything being shared directly to the media. The police and investigators are not going to tell you every single thing until they deem the investigation over and close the case (hopefully, with someone being charged and going to trial). Not until then, the families can proceed with hiring their attorneys and settling their beef with the process if they so wish to. Otherwise, attorney at this time is showboating.

  10. Media, beg anyone owning or managing rental properties isn’t eh area to go through their records for vehicles of their tenants. This could help locate vehicles that are, or were in the town, prior to the murders, that aren’t registered in the town, surrounding area, or even the state.

  11. I have compassion for the victims families and friends. I also understand that the fbi and Le have alot to go through and a lot of leads to sift through. I am sorry that any of them have to go through this. 💔

  12. If anyone is hindering this investigation, it is the Goncalves parents. They need to be quiet, and let law enforcement do their jobs. For heaven's sake, it's only been a few weeks. Some families wait decades for cases to be solved, and some never are. They need to stop. It's so disrespectful to the other families who are involved, and suffering. Honestly, it's pretty selfish and ignorant.

  13. So, the parents want more information but are complaining about the coroner giving them more information? Police can't just give out what they have if they want to succeed in finding and prosecuting whoever did it. It's a little early to be complaining that law enforcement isn't giving them details. That will only compromise the investigation. I get he's upset, but doesn't he want the thing solved? I don't get it.

  14. In 2015 results of a research study was published by Robert Hanlon, a clinical neuropsychologist at Northwestern. The majority of mass murders in the United States occur in private. It is not out of the realm of possibilities that a family member would have committed this crime. Look at the Pike County massacre .

  15. Mr. Gray, Have the police checked the Fall semester student car registration for the Hyundai? If so and they find a matching vehicle it would be interesting to find out if the driver had any classes with those students killed.

  16. It is obsurd that people would think it's ok to speak about grieving families in such a manner and no news station should be saying those things or giving a platform for them to be said! Absolutely disgusting.I feel so bad for Mr Goncalves he has the right to speak on this and I am sure he is scared it's been a month and no answers.

  17. The police should ask the immediate friends of victims, the 2 surviving girls and parents of the victims, who has that sort of car, from friends and persons who has visited the house when there were parties.

  18. Obviously it is not very effective to withhold at this level the information from the public, as the case is over a month old and no suspects. The parents should be understandably involved and insisting on updates. Nothing the parents have said would even be considered "evidence" that could hinder prosecution. Information is not "evidence". Evidence is the stuff you collect for a trial. Holding back one or two key points of information to avoid false confessions or tainted testimony is definitely needed. But telling the public conflicting information, and telling the families of the victims nothing at all and making them find out from the media is wrong. Part of the job of the investigators is to keep the family updated and work with them. Why they don't have a designated person for that task is baffling.

  19. …i am not watching this story any more. It just doesn't seem believable. The Dad is an IT Consultant…what IT Consultant Dad would not put a security system on his daughter's house? You don't even have to install them. They are portable and inexpensive. This story is starting to be not believable.

  20. See that coroner isn't 100% I knew she seemed strange!!! Not strange in as she did it, or was involved obviously.. strange as in being a coroner, and a defensive attorney on the same case!!!! That is very very uncommon, and it was stated she did it before as well.

  21. I wondered if it's the undercover police car Goin to the drunk kids stop…maybe why it doesn't come up in registration. I felt like that's a possibility especially when the kid noticed it and he said hybrid but what I also thought when he said that is he wasn't expecting it to be a police car and supposedly someone had been harassing the 20 yr old with a car i thought hed said Earlier!
