The probable cause affidavit police used to arrest 28-year-old Bryan Kohberger was released by Idaho authorities Thursday morning. The affidavit claims that various pieces of evidence link the Ph. D candidate to the Idaho student murders. The Law&Crime Network’s Jesse Weber has the details.

At this point, I don't know that he wasn't framed. It sounds like whoever was driving the car didn't really know how to drive it, and all the evidence they seem to have is a knife sheath with his DNA on it, and shady testimony about a 5'10" man (he looks well over 6' to me) with 'bushy eyebrows'. Not saying it's not him, but I hope their evidence is better than that
