  1. Hey wait this can’t be true she’s black an he was white… this only happens when it’s reversed!!!!!!!!!! how can this be ??? Oh my !!!! Noooooooo !!!!!!

  2. Karma will get that pos! Her life was not in danger. She was inside her car, in a public place!
After the car collision are you not required to exchange insurance information?

  3. This lady is stupid as well, she just doesn't know wtf to say,and the sad is right they didn't get what they went there for, there's no dna, theres,DNA,, witnesses they are on crystal side, crystal is the one that followed him and she supposably feared her fukin life she would've never followed him,she knew she was loaded and new if the person behind the wheel.acted a fool she could easily end his/her life,so I feel crystal needs to do some time in prison fuck that this is all bullshit

  4. Everyone would be talking differently if Crystal had been shot and killed. She followed the young man into the gas station to do more than “chat” and we know what it was for. But that’s Texas, y’all. Shoot first, maybe talk later esp over a dead person you just killed cuz you were afraid, yet got out of your car after shooting the kid dead. Yeah, you were afraid of an unarmed person while you handled your 40 cal.handgun w/ease and dead aim=mid chest.

  5. It's obvious even her attorney knows she's guilty 🙄 Her first words were, "Let me start off by saying I have a job to do!" Followed by directly defending her client! It's obvious she knew this girl got away with murdering someone, but she was only there for the paycheck!!

  6. This attorney came and said it like a boss she is very well said 🤷🏾‍♀️💯💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

  7. The reporter is racist, and the family being racist too. I feel for this family, but his father did him no justice except for make it worse. I dont think she shouldve pulled the gun, its other routes to handle road rage.

  8. When a cop shoots a criminal, which is unarmed, the cop is automatically in the wrong because the person is not armed. She shot an unarmed person which was merely confronting her and she shot him. She belongs in jail for the rest of her life and this is just another case of where the criminal is the victim

  9. The 911 calls are after what happens just like you don't hear the shots crime watch is stupid for episodes like this how do you Expect the family to act after something like this I'm not really that mad of the family Because brother my kid was right or wrong i still be angry at the person that killed him But they were stupid for trying to leave with her very pointless

  10. The lawyer is a scumbag. She's sitting in front of grieving parents who lost their son yet she still can't keep compose herself from giving attitude. Of course she defends trash like wig rocker Krystal.

  11. Well it is true she followed him and she knew she had a gun that’s why she followed him she wanted too start problems she could of just left I think the parents should have not met with the attorney

  12. I love to see the comments. From the race baiters, to the wanna be attorneys. Someone died, period. She is murderer. Regardless of race. Facts are facts.

  13. If their son was anything like the daddy, he probably said something racist and was definitely aggressive. Crystal’s attorney was 100% correct and composed.

  14. Amazing how you follow someone into a parking lot with a gun and shoot someone. Mean while an eye whiteness says everything the shooter said is not true. How bought locking your doors and driving away, or not following into the gas station and Waiting for police to arrive. If the roles were reversed he would’ve gotten murder, no doubt.

  15. my only theory is maybe she had PTSD or something? it didn’t seem like she was in life threatening danger, she could’ve drove away. but i have PTSD and i know being in any sort of danger puts me in fight or flight mode and all rational thinking is thrown out the window

  16. I not familiar with the stand your ground laws but ain’t there a provision stating that stand your ground does not apply if it was preventable which it sounds like it was and wassup with the attorney smirk

  17. I'm dead AF. First off same with Zimmerman the minute HE chased Stand Your Ground should not have applied. So if she chased after him how can you be in fear for your life? Had he chased her then yeah cap his ass, but she went after him.

  18. If Crystal followed him into the parking lot Knowing damn well she had a loaded gun how could she be fearing for her life that is my question I don't believe that any circumstance that she was in fear for her life with a loaded gun

  19. what's the point of [Us] being (legally) 'PERMITted' to 'carry' a firearm if [We] can't employ that permissive use of (deadly) force to eliminate a genuine deemed threat to Our safety and or life?!- the same way countless 'Blue Bloods' claim they 'fear for their lives' every time they 'approach' Us/Our vehicles 🤨…

And whether the young man approached her vehicle in a hostile manner or a calm cool collected one, HE SHOULDNT HAVE APPROACHED THE YOUNG LADY'S VEHICLE AT ALL!, but instead simply just have waited for her to exit her vehicle (same as he exited his) and them dealt with the matter at hand (exchange info and or call the police) in a mutually calm cool collected manner. Because, imo, the young lady genuinely did fear for her life of yet another [White] male 'approaching' her vehicle, same as she likely would have a [White] Officer approaching her vehicle- with absolute terror coursing throughout her body based on the every day experience she and Our ppl experience on a unprecedented regular EVERY day of Our lives these days!… I'm simply saying that the young lady simply, genuinely and obvioysly deemed the [White] male approaching her vehicle as a genuine 'FEARful for her life' situation (same as she likely would have done had she been 'approached' by a White cop) and spkit second reacted to the situation, which We know oh too well nowadays, so much so that it has become ingrainedly instinctive within Us to live every day like it is literally Our LAST day on Earth, when coming into contact with or 'being approached' by [White] law enforcement officers, ijs…

  20. Where is the witness who was in the truck. Also the guy who said he witnessed everything while pumping gas said a bullet ricocheted off his car so was his car examined?
