Glad the D.A dropped the charges he had no right following her and going up to her car.
She could have just pointed the gun at him, I’m sure that would have scared him! And then if he was more aggressive, yes, shoot him. But more than likely he would have backed off if she would’ve just pointed the gun at him. This was a senseless shooting!
She pulled into the gas station, he could have just kept going, but he followed her. She could have pulled off, when he banged on her door., but she pulled out a gun, but she felt she was in danger. This is what emotions can do, when emotions are out of countrol. 😒😒

Imagine if the roles were reversed. The endless outrage and claims of racism, it being hate based, etc. Facts wouldn’t matter if the roles were reversed and that says a lot as most of these commenters would feel 1000% different if they were different races.

Muderer!! Only Crystal is screaming and trying to act in “fearâ€for the 911 operator. Then gets out of her car after stating she’s in fear of her life. This doesn’t make sense. The DA will change their mind after all info put together but then we’ll hear the “R——t†word.

I don't know who started it but they both were wrong. Can you aske police facts rather than the parents if there were fingerprints on the car? I don't know the truth . It is a normal reaction if someone hits your car get angry… bad move for him to go to her car but she used excess force with her gun, and took a life. She could have showed him the gun, allow him to leave, (while looking at his hands to ensure he raises them) then drive to a police station maybe… In my opinion murder deserves punishment

Two things saved Crystal: #1: Her first 911 call. #2: She was in her car when she shot him. Had she come out of her car and shot him, then it wouldn't be considered self-defense.

There was no accident. The cars never hit one another. Why would he get out of his car and go over to hers? To offer her candy?? Hard pill to swallow for the family but he should’ve never approached that woman’s car.

How can he not be the aggressor if he was the one who walked up to her car… if I'm walking up to someone's car after a road rage incident , 9/10 I'm not just walking up to say hello … but of course their son can't POSSIBLY be the aggressor if the other person is black… black skin automatically makes you the aggressor in this country
