Missing Endangered Person Carmen Delia Acevedo from the 25th District – Blotter

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Carmen Delia Acevedo. Carmen was last seen December 11, 2024, at 3:30pm on the 9xx block of E Tioga St.

Carmen is 60 years-of-age and uses a wheelchair.
