Get supertech valve springs, and retainers, get Brian crower valves.
Plenty of guys including myself run stock valves and upgraded valvesprings and retainers. But do keep in mind that titanium retainers wear much quicker than the stocks. And getting upgraded valvetrain won't be necessary if you ain't planning on camming the motor. If you're really set on boosting it.. the extra 20hp if even that from cams isn't worth it versus turning up the boost by 1-2 psi for the free. It's just not cost effective if you're gonna boost it anyway is what I'm saying, stock cams and valvetrain would be just fine as long as you ain't revving it to the skies, lol. I was gonna do this as well but ended up deciding to go all motor instead for longitivtiy and less maintenance of a turbo's sake. Good luck on your decision Zosh!

Hay zosh, in regards in what to do to your head, it would be a good idea to upgrade your springs. Super tech, skunk 2 alpha something in that area. They handle a decent lift cam and will be less prone to float at 8,000+ rpm. Stock valves will do you well for a good street build. A fresh head with a nice cam setup your probably looking at atleast 200whp with a b20v. Well anyways hope all is well bro!! Looking forward to more vids!!

As far as valves go, aftermarket i think would be the best bet. Supertech or Ferrea are relatively cheap at 10 or so bucks a valve (intake and exhaust) and have a great reputation in the autoworld (not just honda) whereas Honda shot me a quote for 40 bucks an oem intake valve and 60 for its exhaust counterpart.
