WATCH: New Jersey troopers rescued a man, who went missing deep in the woods of Sussex County while on a utility terrain vehicle on Dec. 17. Authorities said the man was not heard from for 24 hours. Troopers provided clothing and ballistic vests for the man who was lying on his back with labored breathing and suffering from hypothermia. He continues to recover from home, according to authorities.
