This is Daniel Waltson. He was arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot police officers while they were at his home the previous night. A judge signed an arrest warrant after cops told him that Daniel “threatened to shoot the police for being on his property.” His house was besieged by police officers aiming guns at his home, where his two young kids were inside. He was arrested at gunpoint and placed in handcuffs. He spent 3 days in jail, lost his job, and was later indicted by a grand jury. Yet the entire time, there was video footage of the alleged threat, that completely exonerated Daniel, proving that he never threatened to shoot police officers. Rather, he threatened to “sue” police officers.

Crooked.police that lie, corrupt prosecutors and Judges whom just rubber stamp BS charges. Police have a difficult job dealing with jerk people but they need to have integrity and be honest. Eliminate qualified immunity so the people can hold these bad actors accountable. The Judge is Lazy and did not do his job and let the police arrest an innocent man based on their hurt feelings. If he had actually threatened to shoot, that would have given them the exigence they needed to enter without a warrant. They went to a judge and knowingly lied to try and cover their asses

False informing is a crime. The judge won't issue a warrant for the real criminals in this instance. I honestly believe that the only thing that can save us at this point is the second amendment. What do I expect though when we allow a standing army to exist. The sheriff is the only cop I've ever voted for. City cops are a mayor's Gestapo.
