  1. That poor sisterl sister is going to be beating herself up for trying to be nice to her sister and not reacting fast enough. So sad

  2. 😱 such a sad case may the child rest in peace 🙏🖤 another outstandingly interesting video thanks Tyler 🖤😎👍

  3. I don't care how many times I see this body cam video, it's heartbreaking. Thank you, Tyler, for your excellent presentation of this case. It's sad and you've shown great respect for the victim.

  4. lets just take a moment to acknowledge that these people walk/drive among us. We need to figure out something better than to just let people who are off their meds wander through life hoping they don't kill/hurt someone. this was a tragedy, but it could have been so much worse, she could have hit an innocent family or run someone over etc.

  5. There should be a better way for the officers to be able to report correct information so it don’t get messed up. Poor little girl

  6. 5:09 So she just stood there and let her take that child? No. When she picked that child up , I'd been on her head like stink on shit!😠 You already know she's not all there, You know she's pissed you have her kid. And why did that cop arrest her for trespassing? Wtf?! Everybody dropped the ball here. Everybody! 😢 That poor youngin, how scared she had to be….that woman should have been left in the dam pond! Let her suffer the same fate. 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  7. I can’t stop thinking about the sister that took the kid in! Imagine living life, doing stuff at home like eating dinner, and then all this unfolds 😭😭

  8. This is why mental health needs to be tak3n serious. She shouldve been in a mental facility 😅 she was a danger to society

  9. Knowing she left her kid in the car made me feel physically sick. OMG, I could never. I hope it weighs heavy on her mind every hour of every single day.

  10. Kinda wild that someone in the midst of a mental health crisis gets 30yrs for k*lling 1 kid. Yet, a p3d0 with multiple victims usually only gets like 2-10 years… kinda INTERESTING 🤨

  11. People love to talk about "mental health awareness" until it involves cluster A disorders. It's almost like people don't understand what "psychosis" means when they talk about punishing the people who suffer with it.

It feels unfair to consider that she might be slightly less criminally responsible than a healthy person when a child is k*lled during a very preventable accident. But whether we like it or not, during a psychotic episode she has very little control of her thoughts, decisions, and actions.
She doesn't need to be punished ahead of everything else, she needs to be kept away from people she could harm and be sent somewhere for treatment. She should be restored to lucidity before we even think about a trial or a life sentence.

  12. It’s frustrating when a supposed Spanish speaker really lacks common conversation skills. Or idk; but when he was saying “I keep asking her if the girl was in the car” he didn’t, all he asked was “the girl is she your daughter?” I mean come on in a situation like that you gotta be fast man. And be smart to ask these questions. I would’ve been asking her like “hey we are looking for the car to get your daughter out, is she in the car? What part of the car is she in” I mean something but dam this dude was just slow and wasn’t asking anything. I know situations like this no one is prepare for but idk sometimes these “Spanish” speakers aren’t speakers at all, dude sounded Cuban or Puerto Rican. Idk it’s just all frustrating to watch.

  13. All I can think about is the terror, fear, and a whole lot of other extremely negative emotions that no child should ever feel. R.I.P sweet girl. Your Mama might not have had the mind frame to care about what happened to you at the time but there are a whole lot of people that are sad that you have left this world

  14. This was no accident. She deliberately drove that car in the water to kill her child. On some “if I can’t have my child, no one can”. She was already upset that cops were called on her.

  15. I’ve seen a story before… I would’ve left the mother in the vehicle… and check to see if there was any more passengers…. Since those officers did not know that there was a five-year-old in the vehicle.

  16. Making the “mother” (quoting that because she’s the furthest thing from a mother) out to be a failed victim while ignoring the actual victim is WILD- the only victim is that poor baby who spent almost her entire life with that train wreck and her final moments in pure terror due to that train wreck also her aunt and other family are victims as well who were trying to do the right thing RIP 🙏🏼😕

FYI this is coming from someone who has dealt with mental health and addiction issues for most of my life- if you can’t even take care of yourself then do not bring innocent children into it point blank.

Just glad the POS got jail time was half expecting her to get off scot free and then go on to do even more horrible things so at least there she can’t hurt anyone else.
