Shanon Gray, the attorney for Kaylee Goncalves’ family, spoke to Law&Crime Network about the 19-page probable cause affidavit and the surviving roommate seeing Bryan Kohberger during the murders. “We all have to remember that she is a victim in this case,” he said.

She made herself a (non victim)
Wow,
Sorry?! No excuses! She is an adult…. not a baby… plus that was a house with a lot of people in out of the house… but that night it was a nirmal one with everybody account for?! No way she was not aware of something seriuosly wrong going on that night?!
I feel sorry for the roommates. They didn't deserve it
To be there with those skunks
Have y'all notice that Brian doesn't have a brain
They might have intimidated him or provoced him
The "normal" reaction would be to call the police…….yeah cause this is so the normal. The way this guy speaks is triggering my rage 😤
I am wondering if the killer was inside their house before the actual murders to check out the layout. They have tracked his car in the are 12 times prior to the murders was it ever when nobody was home?
Oh, she froze. That excuses everything!! *sigh IT IS WRONG TO NOT HELP ANOTHER HUMAN BEING THAT'S IN PERIL!! or she had drugs, that's another BS excuse!! I KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO, I have been in a situation where I could have "froze" or had been a selfish @SS!! and just thought of myself: I DIDN'T!! It's a powerful thing to be young and pretty: I GUARANTEE if Dylan was neither (or even a different skin color) she would have MANY less people willing to make excuses for her….additionally, PERHAPS they don't want her to self-harm (or have a crazy person) create another dead victim in this tragedy–but still, MANY people are listening to the excuses: filing them away in their psyche. Then what happens when another person is in peril needing another to ACT!!? Somewhere, in the would be hero's thoughts is: what about me? I'm scared. I'd rather not face this. NO!! DO THE RIGHT THING!! There are too many in this world who turn away!!>:(
One thing about Dylan sticks in my mind. There are thousand of social media sleuths stating Dylan was possibly drunk or intoxicated. Perhaps she was scared of being arrested because she was underage, IF she was intoxicated. Nothing has been proven if she was or was not intoxicated during the crime.
Who is the family going to sue? Bryan Kohberger will be in prison, He won't have any money.
Americkkka is weird
Still curious on the burglary charge, did he take a token from the victims ??
8 hrs is way way way to late to start wondering if the masked man did anything after listening to your roommates scream and cries .I can't even imagine what she was thinking while hearing them scream and do absolutely nothing but hide in your room after knowing he left out the sliding door. There is no excuse for not calling police or checking for 8 hours
Hi
Through m6 years in college I lived with multiple roommates and this one time I was sound asleep and I woke up hearing these noises outside my room and I got so scared that I didn’t want to go out of my room however, I did call one of my friends and she called the police and came to my house it was my drunken roommate she was passing out in the bathroom and was making so much noise. I truly don’t know how someone can react to this specific situation, truly horrifying 😢
The girl that saw “bushy eyebrows” that neglected to call the police for 8hrs DIDNT KNOW ANYONE WAS MURDERED. she simply saw someone walk down the hall and LEAVE. how does that paralyze you with fear?
SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING ‼️‼️‼️‼️
iam baffled by a few things but its still early to tell. Their collected dna is unreliable atm unless the upcoming trials prove otherwise ? Because people were coming and going so what are the chances that this awkward guy picked something up or that he wanted to (as a criminal major) to get an inside scoop by snooping around for his own curiosity…if the sole dna is on a button until they find they weapon that is not much. Ive heard about cases were the police had just 1 sample and a phone signal and then years later the re-analysis of that sample and circumstantial evidence gets them aquitted. Sorry but alot of people have commented that they think its weird the behaviour of the roommate who heard a noise, saw an intruder, saw blood and then called 8 hours later. There has to be a reason for this delay it doesnt have to be that she was involved in murder but there is reason or maybe she was under the influence and or drugs didnt want to self snitch? (there was a video that said few people partying were doing drugs) there was also another video that showed them partying during daytime and then some guy has something tied to his hands? could be a party game that had gone wrong I thought that he might have assaulted one of the girls but the police said they found nothing like that??? Anyway my main point is that people did whatever they wanted in the while the room mates were away? He could have had an idea about robbing them only and then left. We need specifics about the dna is it under her nails? Is it partial? If the police were cracking down on him then they should find something that links him? Nobody want to see this case turn into ‘we got the wrong guy’ after a few years.
I noticed they had his face covered compared to other arrests/cases? they probably already know they didnt have enough to begin with and had to go off based of evidence so far that I just mentioned.
There is so many questions people have but this looks like – by far something that will eventually reveal itself to have twists and turns and more questions.
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with asking the question of why it took so long for the 911 call as long as it’s just trying to piece things together. The problems start when people shame and blame the witness. That’s not necessary
Obvious that she probably had contraband in the house that she needed time to make disappear before calling in the authorities.
If she froze in fear then she didn't think he was just going out for a smoke. C'mon
News just have nothing new ta post lmaooooo
She didn't know the gravity of what happened…..and he I believe did not see her….people have no right to say unless they had been there or in a very similar situation….
Question and survivals and avdolute detail
"DM" was most likely high as a kite. Also – this was a party house, and strangers walking through would not be weird. I hope other parents see the reality of college life – and where their money is going.
someone let him in and out ,they are all connected
If he seen her and she seen him, why didn’t he kill her also? Knowing she saw him and knowing she can identify him….. weird how he would leave a witness. But glad he did because she helped with the description of him. Now he can get the death penalty!
This poor child gave a great statement and should only ever be asked from anyone now, "Is she ok?" And "Is there anything she needs to help her through this really difficult stage of her life?" Any other questions are for only the police to ask if there is anything they need to ask of her.
I thought there was a gag order in this. Why do the families and their counsel continue to talk about the case?
According to what we know, DM thought she heard Kaylee playing with her dog and crying from Xanas room I believe. She saw the killer, froze and went back to her room. These are college students, hearing her roommate crying and the other playing with her dog – she’s not going to immediately jump to 4 roommates we’re murdered. I believe if she heard more than that it would absolutely be in the affidavit. So even if she was spooked about the random guy she saw, she probably ended up going to bed sometime after 4:30 and slept for many hours. Everyone is questioning why she “waited” 8 hours to call the police. Well honestly if you go to bed at 4:30 am what time do you think she woke up ??? I mean come on people need to give this poor girl a freaking break.
Well said
another question lawyer. If you manipulate the system enough with the probability that works in most cases because of poor representation, the system doesn't work as it should with cases that maybe more critical. Would you think this is a good case to promote case law or precedent for the DNA technology of touch DNA identifing? Touch DNA is a bad idea to base probable cause on because of the nature of possibility as to how the DNA got there. There should be some of the DNA of the individuals that were murdered somewhere in the suspects AO. I wouldn't go anywhere near a jury without some kind of connection with victims DNA. I have heard that cops know how to murder and never find a trace. I would suspec that if someone comes into contact with enough information then that is possible and Touch DNA is aomething could be used to place innocent individuals at the seen of the crime. I would suggest that the justice system get off the possible probability and do the job correctly.
And this isn't being cruel the girl needs to go through a lie detector test and if she's you know emotionally it may be a hospital somewhere they could give her psychological drugs to where she would remember everything cuz this is remember this is going to be a death penalty and the defense even though it's going to be the State Defense they're not going to just sit back and smile just my opinion and all along I said it's going to come back to that house and what came back to that house was a frozen live Witness and yes she could have been very intoxicated on something or anything and scare it out of her mind and then just passed out but then not calling the police her friends well it could be when she woke up she wanted to see if she wasn't having a bad dream and called her friends okay that's my opinion
Let me ask something lawyer. Could the DNA on the sheath be somehow put there without the suspects knowledge? Could the so called pings on the phone be understood by someone else that had a motive the is not seen at this time and could the suspect be lead to look like a suspect and if you cannot give a good answer the why is it that this individual had to be arrested sooner then later. Could the suspect have been investigated further because if the evidence is so limited to subjecting a jury to probability then I would suggest that those that would suggest to themselves that probability is good enough, have not understood the responsibility of the jury. If there is any doubt then the jury must acquite and the premature arrest allows the individual to go without further concern of being charged again from the crime committed. Do you think that is a good Idea? The license plate on the car was not seen and there is a distinct difference between a Washington state and Idaho state vehicle license plate. I understand concern for public safety and all but a case based on probability is a fools errand. With the condtions around this case such as the murder of four people in their sleep as the attacker sneaked into the home, I think that the responsible approach would be to dismiss the probability to the jury and stand back into an extended investigation with the individual known to be a suspect in the areas that individual resides. What do you think there lawyer? Probability good enough for you to face a jury with? I would want to be a little more responsible as far as public safety is concerned. Jumping to soon for what reason. Suspects that think they have gotten away with the crime get comfortable.
I pray for peace on earth 🙏♥️♥️♥️♥️
