Yust is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of abandoning a corpse. He pleaded not guilty to the charges in June. The bodies of both girls have been found.

Jessica would still be alive had the authorities put him away after murdering Kara. He bragged/told 3 different people on separate occasions about killing Kara. He had abducted her & had a protection order filed one week earlier….yet authorities didn't even name him as a suspect? Makes me sick! I hope that officer looses sleep over the 2nd loss of life, that blood is on his hands too. I pray for the 2 girls family & friends. Domestic violence is so dangerous. I was beaten, thrown down stairs, stabbed & chocked by my high school boyfriend. I sadly stayed with him for a year and I know had I stayed with him that he eventually would have killed me. He stalked me for a couple months after he moved back into town (sadly his move out of state was what kept me from going back to him, despite all of the severe abuse I likely would have gone back to him) my senior year of HS but our local cops were on top of it and thankfully ran him back out of town. But not before he threatened my sister & father multiple times that if my dad didn't tell him where I was living or how to reach me that he would have to collect my body parts from around the orchard behind my house but not before he raped me, my butt and tortured me for days. I related to Kara's story, he secluded me from my friends and family, was severely jealous if I gave any attention to my friends and eventually convinced me that no one loved me except for him. If you are in an abusive relationship and feel you can fix/help them take it from these girls and me that it only gets more violent and worse, not better. I truly felt I could help or fix my ex.
