He had an open affair and he caused all the drama. Photos with his girlfriend trips out of town he was away from his wife for obviously lots of nights and days and weekends. Frances knew all he was doing. She had no right to chase them down and to run him down killing him. She didnt even console him at the crime scene her sister who she called for back up was holding him. Frances the wife would have killed them both if she could have. She plays victim but she knew her husband cheated in the past and she on the stand said she lived through it for 3 years. She just wasnt going to let her husband go. She was sorry and she begged for mercy but she was also a scorned woman. She needed to leave his cheating ass and go on with her life. She deserved alot more time than she got. I know a woman who got married and her husband started cheating on her. She told her husband that if he didn't love her, but loved this other woman she needed to go be with her and get out of her life.
