  1. I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHY A LAW WAS NEEDED TO GUIDE THESE SO CALLED JUDGES IN RISK ASSESSMENT OF A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE WHEN THE EVIDENCE WERE SCREAMING LOUD & CLEAR THAT THE HUSBAND WAS A HIGH RISK INDIVIDUAL !!

  2. You know what breaks my heart is that we all got parents. And to see them cry like that especially the dad that was a tough one to watch. And have to die with a broken heart. I hope that when pass one day. That God gives them comfort and lets them see their daughter again. That would be beautiful

  3. Whats crazy to me about this man getting out so easy is that i happen to know a young man who got sentenced 12 years for robbing cars in the exact same county , not saying his crime is ok but WTF??!!?!?!

  4. Let's think about this. Judges usually come from having been a lawyer. For some unfathomable reason, lawyers and even prosecutors are most likely to be leftist wishy washy advocates of criminal reform in favour of criminals. Look at all the violent criminals being released these days. Yeah, I know. Social justice. How about justice for this family and countless others? Where is Dirty Harry when you need him?

  5. Bottom line: it should be mandatory in assault cases that the perpetrator be held without bail until sentencing. I have heard too many heartbreaking stories where the perpetrator is let out of jail on bond and the victim ends up murdered. 💔 The legal system needs to do more to protect the victims instead of the criminals!

  6. Wait… so she went back to him?? Well then there’s not much anyone else can do…But the judge letting him out… the judge needed to keep him locked up to protect her from herself…

  7. Her parents don’t seem stupid. I hope they tried to sue the state and that fucking judge for manslaughter

His family are pieces of shit too for PAYING the bond to get him out. They should all pay. If this happened to my family or friend.. I’d make it my life goal to get back at each of them. I wouldn’t care what happened to me.

  8. Unfreakingbelievable!!!! Poor parents!!! Mom is right, that judge killed her daughter!!! His parents and enablers should be charge with murder, too!!!
Probably one of the saddest one I watched. No one has the right to abuse you. No parent should have to lose their child to an abuser. Just awful. I am bawling. Just sad. Heartbreaking. Poor mom and dad. Just sad. 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

  9. Just could not believe that Tierne could not be saved. She needed counseling maybe psychiatric help. Wish someone had taken her out of the state and hidden her until that monster was locked up.

  10. I cry for Tyranny and her family, I lost a cousin to domestic abuse and being a victim for 5 years myself I understand and feel her and her family's anguish. The system failed her and it makes my blood boil. I hope she's doing better wherever she is 💖

  11. Kevin should’ve put a bullet into his, and only his head a long time ago. Sorry, not sorry. He was piece of shit. That judge is a joke. I watch these videos often and this one has really made me mad and broke my heart. Her poor family! She should be alive today. It’s sad that things have to happen first before these laws are made to protect abuse victims.
