That's when the judge should be put in jail cuz she was murdered so that judge should be sued and put in jail
Cops , Detective , Judges don’t get a pat on the back for helping DA Victims or SA Victims. They want the murder case or attempted murder case. So they wait.
My dad rescued me from a very similar situation. Seeing the dad's eyes was so sad.
The mom laying out what he would do is her breaking. He swears it's the last time. No ladies, it never the last time as long as you are breathing. Don't walk away, RUN at the first sign of abuse. Don't let it happen twice.

As a parent my children are encouraged to get to know themselves during the teen years bc emotions are so fragile at that age you can literally lose yourself and never find yourself….ever!!! The system failed Tierney! 💔 Bail should be off the table for perpetrators that are facing domestic violence, aggravated assault, kidnapping and other charges to ensure the safety of the victim until sentencing has been completed. Too often men and women end up dead when their abuser is let out on bail. The law needs to be changed!

These types of judges should lose their license to judge decisions for a safer community not only did the judge fail this woman the judge failed to keep the community safe from this monster we don’t need these types of judges making unsafe decisions … imagine what else this judge has done we don’t know about

Psh.. I were her and the law wasn’t helping at all.. I would have tried to put MYSELF in jail. I mean, as long as she’s there she’s safe from him. But again, it’s fucked that they pretty much just handed her to him..
I mean what did they think? That he wouldn’t do anything in fear of getting in trouble and going to jail? Obviously that’s not the case considering he beat the living shit out of her on a regular basis.
The judge should be declared excommunicated, and sentenced to summary life imprisonment. This is an egregious breach of the just.
Having suffered many,many years of sexual,physical and mental abuse , I would literally have bought this lady a ticket to the UK to keep her safe, this is just so so sad, and it makes me angry , who the fuck is he to take away that beautiful womans life, men like that should be dropped out of a helicopter naked and covered in meat and left in the 'grizzly maze' they deserve to feel true terror and loss of all control before they are finally hunted down and eaten hopefully ALIVE…RIP angel xxxx
I believe when a judge or parole board releases a dangerous person and they go out and commit a crime the ppl that released them should be charged
