The guy should’ve been castrated as part of the sentence for what he did to that poor little girl when she was 11 years old and took her life away forever he should’ve gotten life without the possibility of paroleAnd if maximum sentence was 40 years then it should have been stipulated,, without the possibility of parole. I mean what does that tells you about those people that are in charge of allowing inmates with the record like here’s to be released back into the public???! Makes one think that maybe they’ve got pedophiles on the board??? I mean seriously what’s this world coming to when people like that are in charge to release havoc chaos Mayham and evilness back into the world to do more destruction Registering young girls lives like that they all need to pay and own up to their mistakes and be replaced with people that have compassion for the victims!!! peace out

A rapist should have their fingers and penis removed and sit in prison for life. They can't change. They have an evil mind and no care of who they hurt or destroy a woman's soul. She is forever changed that's why they should never be free.
