If he was going to clubs paying for play then he definitely met the 19 year-old through that method. The 19 year-old probably didn't know that he was going to BDSM things to her and she probably tried to escape. NEVER, under any circumstance meet up alone with a stranger.
I'm absolutely not shocked by the fact that he was a cop. I do believe however that he met the 19 year-old on a sugar site because that girl wouldn't have wanted an unattractive man who was 30 years older than her.

As somebody who has worked for securitas, they in no shape or form do a “thorough screening”. I’ve worked with officers who are violent, who have stalked me, and there is a lot of shady business being done in securitas home offices. I’m not shocked in the slightest that Securitas hired this man
