  1. What if….the surviving roommates or roommate is the killer/s or is protecting the real killer? I’m not saying that is true but it could be. If the one statement from the roommate about seeing a bushy eyebrow dude totally could have gotten the police off track. They had hours to get a story together get rid of evidence….whatever.

  2. Surviving roommates know more than what’s been revealed .. it’s not acceptable that law enforcement was called at noon 8 hour later and 2 people stayed in the rooms ? Also it has been out that many students started talking about it as early as 8 am .. so all of this hogwash about surviving room mates being in invent by standers needs to stop. They are answerable and hope they’re not given any leeway

  3. As I am getting older I have learned to give credit where credit it due and Ms Levy has the same eyes as Liz Taylor had. Go back and look and compare, she picked a good trade because she definitely has TV eyes

  4. Its too easy too dispose of a weapon by driving like very far n bury it in some forest unaccessible easily, or go to a construction in progress n just hide it and it wont be found until 1 day far far in the future if the building gets demolished or u could even destroy the weapon to break it down from being intact.

  5. How can someone stab 4 people with the bloody river in and when leaving the crime scene not leave any blood trail ? And where is the 911 calls I mean the roommates look more suspicious to me then Bryan kohberger
I don’t think he did it

  6. One of the main reasons that people are giving DM a hall pass about her alleged frozen shock account/no immediate 911 call is because she’s a woman. If the surviving roommate was a man he would be getting completely railroaded up down and sideways for those same actions

  7. If prosecution doesn't call them as witnesses, THE two people who heard the murders taking place in one way or another and were the last people to hear the victims/ perhaps even saw the killings, one can presume that prosecution has something to hide or is afraid of some other issue with these witnesses such as being afraid of the cross examination by defense and what that might reveal. The question is: Is defense allowed to call them as witnesses, albeit reluctant witness perhaps? So far, there is also zero evidence that the knife that may have been in that sheath was the murder weapon. None. Only the authentic and true autopsy results by a forensic medical examiner can tell us that and a toxicologist can tell us if there was alcohol and/or drugs in the victims. In fact a toxicology report is critical in this case. Alcohol in the blood can be used as a predictor of the time elapsed since death.
The motive, according to the charges is NOT a stalking situation necessarily. No one female was targeted. According to the charges read out by judge Judge, Bryan Kohberger (allegedly) entered that house with the intent to murder the four named victims. ALL FOUR. And he did so with premeditation, malice, forethought, wilfully, deliberately and unlawfully kill and murder the four victims. The judge placed these attributes before each of the victim's names. So, there was no ONLY target. All of them were (per the arraignment charges). The charges didn't say he killed any of them in self defense or accidentally or without premeditation.

  8. So the roommate heard specific words but didn't hear the blood curdling screams? We are missing something hopefully when she takes stand we will find out exactly what she heard especially

  9. I really think he hang out with one of the victims ! And something biig happened between him and the whole group so he killed them all as a revenge! that's why he walked pass that roomate like he doesn't care ! Because she wasn't involved in what happened ..

  10. What is she going to testify to? She can’t identify the person cause of how he was dressed. I don’t understand the 7 hr gap but she could have been in shock but there’s nothing she can tell them.

  11. Lol, what happened at 8:25? It sounded like maybe someone biffed it going down the steps behind Angenette? Then they didn’t immediately cut back to the quadrant shot or Angenette’s camera while she was speaking which leads me to believe something was going on in one of the feeds that they didn’t want to show.

  12. This is old news.. they recovered the sheath after four hours into the search…. the two officers that were first on the scene missed it! as did the coroner, but 4 hours later it was discovered, laying on the bed next to Maddie? No blood spatters on the sheath?
A supposed minute trace of DNA, THE PROSECUTION SAYS THEIR NOT GONNA USE??? Whaaat? Who's believing this fairy tale?
    No solid evidence to date.

  13. This whole thing is really weird. Let's say Brian did it (vehicle, phone gps and knife sheath evidence). It still doesn't explain the roommates behavior, or the survivor who claims the saw and killer walked past her.
