They said the CCTV didn't show her at the mall. Did it show the dad? Surely it should be easy to prove that either she got out of the car or didn't?

His claim that he let her go into the mall by herself while he went back to sleep makes NO sense when a day earlier he was with Bethany at his friend's home and the friend, when interviewed, said that Larry never let Bethany out of his sight that day, he wouldn't let her get more than a few feet away from him. Why would he have let her go alone into a mall the next day where she would have access to adults who could help her, access to telephones so she could call her Mom, or even if she didn't want to talk to anyone else, she could have hidden in a washroom or a stairwell or somewhere. It's bullshit that he ever let her go into that mall.

This mom seems dishonest in some way ?? And what is this dad saying? "We took a nap in the van and then went in the mall"? Why would they sleep in the van at the mall? It's not like she was a toddler and needed nap time ?
