  1. Whoever taped this trial did a horrible job you have 5 hours of wasted time and only 3 minutes of recording with actual trial proceedings its so annoying.

  2. Has the Defense and State FORGOTTEN that the passenger witness testified that the assailants were GLOVED when they AMBUSHED, ATTACKED, ROBBED AND K!LLED the VICTIM???? Why WOULD their DNA be on the VICTIM’S neck or necklace if the assailants were, in fact, WEARING GLOVES during the crime???🧐🤔

  3. I tuned in to this one to find out what was state evidence XXX. Just out of curiosity . But noticed they skipped that letter in the evidence naming. If you look at around 1 he 18 mins they submit evidence triple W and then the next evidence is triple Y.

  4. I would be pist if a lawyer tried to put me in a case that I had nothing to do with. Like Keith, they see he pulled out way before the Dodge pulled out. The car that pulled in front of the Dodge in the street was not his car. Ur boys are guilty AF. Stop reaching and throw in the towel already.

  5. You would have thought by now that at least one of them would have caved in and pled guilty by now!! The evidence is overwhelming and the fact that they went online and boasted about taking a life should be enough for any defender to tell their client the game is up!!

  6. Drake is definitely guilty of Murder for hire. He will be prosecuted to the highest extent and be the first High level rapper in the world to go to prison forever, he will have had the most fans and supporters out of any other ,music artist to go to jail forever, he will be an example of how not to act and how not to be. He and many other famous musicians and artists are supposed to be someone who people look up to especially the youth, they have done a very poor job at it and the world is suffering and lost because these leaders are supposed to lead, not lie, murder, kill steal and destroy, they say they are being lead by God, but rest assured they are not being led by the true God, the most high God and Jesus Christ, they are following the false god of this world which is making them do certain things, everyone now knows that rappers like drake are involved in secret societies and they have been doing ritualistic killing for a very long time, with all of this information coming to light, more and more darkness is going to be exposed until eventually all the evil on earth is removed and then we all who have pure hearts and souls can live in peace, prosperity and abundance forever. If you made it this far, thanks for taking out the time to read this very important piece of information. God bless <3

  7. Peer review is: when one person writes an essay about something, or presents the results of some research… that paper/document is read and approved or rejected by other qualified people in that field. That's how medicine breakthroughs or astronomical theories about the universe work, for example. Studies get presented to journals and then other doctors read the article and make comments on it.
There is a whole lot of things attached to this: everybody wants to be published on the few prestigious journals, not on smaller, more independent ones, but sometimes, depending on how ground-breaking or against the grain your theory/hypothesis/conclusion is, you'll need to publish in those smaller journals. To have an old, very prestigious person saying something against your research or conclusions carries a lot of weight for your essay's credibility, even if your method has been sound. Sometimes too much weight, as personal dislikes and rivalries come into play. For example, if you are an astronomer who thinks that your research proves something against quantum theory, good luck publishing it at any scientific journal with half a reputation to maintain. Also, the main job of all university professors's job is to churn out research papers, not necessarily to teach in a classroom. When they are out of ideas, they can just publish a paper trashing down somebody else's ideas. That's also peer review.

  8. Can I just say… since jury selection was finalized, I think the court has been dark longer than it has been in session. Obviously its dark on the weekend but they start sometime after 10:30 M-Th, sometime after 1:00 on Fri, and they leave about 4-4:30. And lets not forget about breaks & 90 min lunches. Think about it… off Sun, Mon, Weds, half of Fri & Sat this week. They’re in the courtroom LESS than two & a half days this week! I feel sorry for the jury as I’m sure they’d like to get back to their lives (except for those who hate their normal daily). Some judges – if the jury is up for it – hold court on Saturdays. Thank heavens the outcome for this trial is kinda already written cuz I’d forget half the mess witnesses said with all the down time. Gotta be the craziest schedule I’ve seen in a long long time… its nuts.

  9. Im extremely disappointed in the prosecution; this case is eerily easy to win however the prosecution acts as if they aren’t even trying. It’s unfortunate, I would be an irrefutable force if I was the prosecution, none of the perpetrators would stand a chance of escape from the clutches of justice. Still I find comfort knowing that the individuals who took place in Jahseh Onfroys death will finally be certainly put away.

  10. Clearly the Defense is losing big time. MB attorney said in his opening statement that his client was never at the scene of the homicide…today the fingerprint evidence proves he was there. The only ‘good’ thing about today’s hearing was the Defense didn’t continue with the fifty sidebar shenanigans & the Judge got a haircut. The evidence is too overwhelming
