  1. This defense attorney is disgusting!!! She is the rudest, bombastic defense attorney that I have ever had the displeasure to watch. PLEASE DON'T TELL ME SHE IS JUST DOING HER JOB. If I ever spoke to or treated people like this in ANY job I have ever had I would have been FIRED. Should be disbarred!!!!

  2. Cara is INNOCENT and they need to leave this woman alone!!! This is the fourth time she’s been on trial for this murder and will not be found guilty of this crime!!! I hope that she sues the crap out of all of the people that are lying about her and hope she gets millions for compensation!!!

  3. It's suspicious and lying when a suspect alters/redacts/shows only select information to the police/investigators/detectives, but it's totally fine when the Judge/Lawyers alter/redact/show only select sections of things to the jury. Love it.

  4. Why is the judge placating to the defense attorney on outrageous objections? The detective is allowed to state what he sees in the video.
    Too many sidebars. Screams desperation.

  5. Defense attorney aggressive bulldozer. Being aggressive may work if used selectively but used continuously and especially when she seems to get facts slightly wrong is very offputting if your client is definately innocent.
If her client did actually commit the crime her tactics could work though, so I guess it depends on how you look at it. What I mean by that is that maybe it isn't possible to defend her legitimately so the aggressive tactic is the best solution to create confusion in the jury which may be enough to bring reasonable doubt into their minds.
From my viewing so far I would say there is definately reasonable doubt. She may have snapped over Brianna and regretted it or not even remembered what she did in the heat of the moment but if she did it I don't think it could ever be proven. I would have to vote not guilty even though I aknowledge the relative likelihood of the scenarios I have just mentioned .I'm predicting a fifth mistrial for that reason.

  6. A fine job by the lumbering bleach job of engendering sympathy for her client with her shrill, heavily accented vocal charades. She’s the kind of person who people concede to just to stop hearing her voice.

  7. Are they really trying to claim that this Mark guy killed her because she owed money on the credit cards he opened for her??? That's got to be the dumbest "motive" I have ever heard of! Dead people don't pay off credit cards. If you kill someone who owes you money, they are never going to pay you back. How is that a logical motive???

And what's with all the questions about the dog? If she was asking Mark for money to buy a dog crate that she never bought, do we know what the money did get spent on? Or did she not get a chance to spend it because she was dead before she could? Didn't the aunt say that Cara had asked her to tell Annmarie that they couldn't afford a dog because the aunt was the only person she would listen to??? I think the "last straw" in that argument was about the fact that she was going to get the dog against Cara's wishes. Oddly enough, it's the questions from the defense attorney that have lead me to this conclusion.
