Wisconsin man Zachariah Anderson faces trial for charges in connection with the disappearance and death of Rosalio Gutierrez, Jr. in May 2020. Anderson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, and stalking. Prosecutors allege Anderson stalked his ex-girlfriend and killed her new love interest, Gutierrez, at his Kenosha apartment. Anderson is back on trial after a judge declared a mistrial last year after only two days of testimony. Gutierrez’s body has never been found.

4:41:41 it is relevant when your trying to make it sound like the police didn’t do their job by doing enough DNA testing —-you shot yourself in the foot with all your questions attacking the investigation. If your show sure your client is innocent and the police went after him incorrectly then you could have had them tested to prove the cops wrong —-careful how you attack the investigation because it’s not working out for you

This judge seems nice and tries to explain himself but he just forgets to much. Also we are talking about someone's life/death. Dude was a lawyer & a judge. He has enough retirement/ Social security/pension im sure. Hang it up and help with a law firms cases or something. Quit holding lives in your hands when you just got old, happens to the best of us. Nothing mean, nothing negative, hes just old. Im 43 and cant do many things i did when i was 20, im sure in 60's it will be even worse. I wish him the best but please retire.
The Prosecutor is an absolute tool who needs to be put in his place. “Challenge the subject, not the person?” Right. He needs to be challenged by someone. I can’t believe so many people are complaining about the defense attorney when the prosecutor is who he is. I just can’t with the public anymore. I don’t want to know whether or not the defendant is guilty at this point. I just want the prosecutor to stop yelling for no reason. “Accidentally” saying things he just got onto the defense for saying. I could go on and on about double standards and him. Anyway, I don’t think he’s guilty.
She HATES when ppl interrupt her unintentionally BUT she over talks everyone in that courtroom most important and rude the JUDGE! She also pretty much tells the judge to hush she is talking but he tries to cut her off to stop all these speaking objections!
As much as I cant stand the defense attorney… Im afraid that there will be an appeal granted because it seems like the judge has quite a bit of bias towards the prosecutor. He rules in their favor most of the time and almost makes arguments for them 😂

I wouldn't right off the judge that quick… yes he is very measured in his speach… but I would have to compare to when he was younger… it could just be his way. Ive seen him in at least another high profile case… the Kyle Rittenhouse case when his speech was as measured as now and he was very though on the public prosecutor, if i rememnber correctly! Defense lawyer is doing her job and I wouldn't mind having a lawyer who was defending me with that much gusto like she is! I dont find her rude… she is just doing her job.

As she is testifying Mr. Anderson is staring without blinking at her. I hope she doesn't look at him. This judge needs to retire. There should be an age limit for judges to rule over a court. He sounds like a horn with all this AAAGHHH, AAAAGH,. Most judges don't have to explain why they overrule or sustain a statement.

I can't believe the judge is letting shifting the burden happen in this case! The defense is correct. The person accused doesn't need to investigate on their own. That is ridiculous.

About 4:25 in. If it becomes up to the defense to test items that were at the crime scene for fingerprints and DNA, that means suspect isconduct the investigation. How is this even being debated!?

Schroeder makes so many bad rulings on these objections… The defense is clearly correct in their objection regarding the marijuana grow operation at the defendant's residence (as well as the touch DNA issue). It's irrelevant, prejudicial, and a good ground for appeal.
I'm sure being a judge can be grueling at times…But this poor guy should've hung up his robe a long time ago…He rambles and loses his train of thought consistantly…I actually feel bad for him….
