  1. Followed this case since the beginning. So sad for Jennifer. Prayed for her. The way her ex and his gf Spinned it, and complicated it, even utilized a corrupt attorney. It was a complex , layered plot and twist. And at the end he punked out and left this bimbo to deal with it. I hope she gets locked up.

  2. Does anyone else find it odd that the LE officers didn’t announce their presence upon entering the house in case there was someone in distress and in need of assistance?

  3. The defendant understands English just fine. Watch the interrogation tapes. Her squirrely attorney made a big deal over her lack of understanding. Trying to lean on the language barrier is also bs.

  4. I love this judge! That squirrely focker of a defense attorney trying to weasel in and use the states subpoena for defense purposes is bs. Judge: DENIED!!! 👍

  5. Wouldn't the defense have questioned if any other Chevy suburbans were recorded driving on that street??? Mr defense guy is overbearing towards the judge ie: "THAT'S IRRELEVANT!!!!"… like he runs the actions of the court! He's stipudious! Yes, I just made up that word and it seems to fit the bill!!!

  6. Her lawyer is doing her no favors…at this point he is just giving everyone the ick!! He is annoying and so is the lady lawyer with him. They r objecting over everything and hoping it sticks SMH

  7. This defense attorney makes no sense…wanting to ask ALL his questions AFTER all questions about EVERYTHING the prosecution witnesses testify to at the end instead of each and every time they take the stand. Then to quote “constitutional rights” as his reason for this? If you ask me…he’s trying to confuse the jury. I’ve never heard of such a thing! I’ve seen a prosecution witness take the stand at several different times during a trial to testify to certain things In chronological order. Makes it much easier to follow who did what when. I’m glad the judge denied such a thing!

  8. I am not a lawyer but I have watched hundreds of trials, and this defense attorney’s take on cross examination is ludicrous and wrong. Oh no. This might get painful 🫣

  9. Impressive at the speed with which the investigation was started. It’s a shame that there weren’t security cameras. You would think a house like that would be covered in security cameras.

  10. 5 minutes in this trial, and I am already very impressed with this judge! Looks and sounds like a highly intelligent professional legal scholar. Looking forward to watching this trial😊

  11. I can't believe the police are rifling through papers at a potential crime scene. They have touched almost every single door knob and the keypad.😢
