  1. I don’t remember, I can’t recall, bad audio & watching paint dry interests me more than the Attorneys on both Defense & Prosecuting sides! I think I’ll just jump to an edited verdict/sentencing upload!

  2. Why does Danielle keep dabbing her eyes…I don't think she's even crying and I see NO tears or contorted facial expressions that would indicate crying..

  3. I found this online about past arrests.

Castiglione has been arrested a number of times since he was a teenager. In 2013, he and a family member were arrested twice on drug charges. Castiglione was charged with possession, manufacturing, and distribution charges. Also in May of that year, he was arrested on a simple assault charge.

In 2017, he was arrested on a warrant and resisting arrest charge at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. Also that year, he was arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department on a judge's order for failure to appear at a review hearing on a possession of a narcotic drug charge

In June 2015, he was arrested on a driving under the influence of drugs or liquor charge in Londonderry. In January 2012, when Castiglione was 17, he was arrested on simple assault and criminal mischief/vandalism charges.

  4. That police officer who wore green didn’t strike me as being truthful. He knows something about this case and we’re not seeing the full picture. Why not take the mobile phone? It’s always taken.

  5. OMG is there no asked-and-answered objection in NH?? The bald defense attorney must have asked the poor sister the same questions 15 different times!

  6. Was this officer even there?! He doesn’t recall doing hardly anything?
First, they’re supposed to secure the house. Then go find the person(s).
What did the sister and gma tell them? I know one of them saw the gun because one of them moved it.

  7. With the sound turned off while at the bench, I think we missed something the prosecutor asked the witness about the phone call with her dad, or did they just skip over that? It doesn’t make sense as to why she would call her grandma to get ahold of Garcia’s wife.

  8. This whole case rubs me the wrong way. He was sweating while praying for hours straight?! That sounds like Jesus and meth… Could explain the previous calls to the house. Drug induced religious delirium… The god fanatics are the worst.

  9. Why didn't they ask defendant's sister why she was so worried about him? I feel like we are missing something. He is an adult, why the need to check on him because he didn't respond to a text? There's is def more to this story.
