Former NFL football player Travis Rudolph stands trial for allegedly opening fire at a group of people in Palm Beach County, Florida in April 2021, killing one and injuring another. Rudolph faces one count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder. The former Florida State University and New York Giants wide receiver unsuccessfully tried to claim a “stand your ground” defense in the first-degree murder trial. Authorities said the shooting happened when four men confronted Rudolph at his Florida home following an alleged fight between the footballer and his girlfriend. Two of the men were shot: Sebastien Jean-Jacques was killed and Tyler Robinson was hospitalized but recovered.

The defence attorney was phenomenal 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I would LOVE to hear from this jury!!! I would just love to know what they were thinking the whole time.
Does anyone think Travis is guilty ??? Anyone ???
This defense was awesome! He was spot on about these witnesses and that so called lead detective! Thank goodness this jury saw what we did in the trial👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
SHE HAD A WHOLE HUSBAND AND A BOYFRIEND
The state had the audacity to bring up cheating. If you're not divorced, you're married. She clearly knew what she was doing, which is why she was so paranoid.
The State of Florida needs to prosecute the girl for setting this in motion, destroying evidence, inciting violence, they all committed perjury, strawman gun sales, vigilante behavior, battery and endangering lives.. sadly they got what they asked for.
what is this part of the trial called, where they discuss the jury instructions?
1:05:19
Prosecutor: “… if Your Honor didn’t see it…”
Judge: “What do you mean ‘if I didn’t see it?’ It’s not in the instructions…”
LOL she argues in manner eerily similar to my wife.
Right front passenger door
Ive been watching trials for years. The defense's closing has to be one of my top favs.
It’s time for the judge to retire. He is clearly biased towards the prosecution! He made several comments about how the female prosecutor with the wig “knows how he runs things”, how he has worked with her before several times.
It’s not a good look judge….do better! 😤
The Rudolph's did NOT have to talk to the cops. It is a constitutional right to remain silent. This piece of sh** prosecutor is trying to make the jury believe there is something wrong with it. Such a crook. I am soooo happy Travis is not guilty and set free. Those young men should not have gone looking for trouble because that's what they found.
That prosecutor with the side sweep is very annoying 🙄
The "lady" state prosecutor screaming at the jury at the end was completely out of order.
I haven't watched a trial in full since OJ. Glad I tuned in.
5:14:09 – Defense Closing – Atty Marc Shiner – "Better Luck Next Time" – brought to you by rolling up on the Rudolph home in the middle of the night to "shoot up his isht" "on demon time"
CLEAREST example of self-defense EVER! Travis Rudolph is a hero 💯 I'm so sad this injustice was done!
A RESOUNDING NO!
lmfao
Don’t go looking for trouble you won’t find any!!!! These 4 men knew exactly what their intentions were!!! It’s easy to play victim when it doesn’t go as planned right!
The 'Judge ' is biased asf!
Travis Rudolph should have had two guns in his hands
I never heard or understood why there was no CPR for Sebastian. Med student guy did not take any care, nor Chris, and the 911 dispatcher never suggested?
The rebuttal is way worse Than the closing argument from the lady prosecutor 😂😂😂
The states attorney missed their calling as a stand up comedian
She does need to learn to not eat the microphone though.
The prosecution's argument contradicts itself and also requires the jurors to ignore evidence. I think they meaning the Prosecution and detective were trying to make a name from prosecuting Travis.
Re-Direct in closing was a joke, the guy prosecutor just said "I understand why she hits him in the head with a trophy", violence is ok if you'er a women, shame on him.
So glad the jury found him not guilty.. this was a waste of a trial the investigation was absolutely horrible the lead detective had tunnel vision from the start she should lose her job or get sent to desk duty after this . The 4 ignorant witnesses for the state should be charged for the death of their friend. Wrong person charged
The police shoot fleeing cars all the time. Never heard a DA say that was murder.
If the case not about domestic violence then DA should not bring it up in closing statement.
If the DA has to raise their voice they already lost.
Jury voted 12 – 0 not guilty.
Former FSU football player Travis Rudolph not guilty in SELF DEFENSE case
Defense attorney did well
I hope that if Travis is found not guilty, the 4 don’t come after him for revenge 🙏
I like how the Prosecutor FAILED to touch how this entire ordeal started. It started from an angry, violent, emotionally insecure woman who couldn't accept she wasn't the one and move on and work on getting her divorce. Now a man is dead and 6 others are scared for life. Great job, Dominique Jones.
