Famed sex therapist Amie Harwick was found outside of her Hollywood Hills home struggling to hold onto life after allegedly being thrown off of a third-story balcony in 2020. Harwick died at a hospital shortly after the fall from blunt force injuries to her head and torso, along with evidence of strangulation. Authorities quickly zeroed in on her ex-boyfriend, Gareth Pursehouse, who had previous restraining orders filed against him by Harwick and was described as a “stalker” by many of the doctor’s friends. Pursehouse now faces trial in a California courtroom for Harwick’s murder.
Pursehouse’s defense said the defendant admitted to breaking into Harwick’s home but did not murder her. They are seeking a not guilty verdict on the murder charge and asking for a lesser charge.

Why did she have to die for this guy to "get over" his mental trauma of her? I call it b.s. to be honest. He premeditated it, he wanted to get even, killing her was definitely a possibility even if he potentially would have gotten "cold feet" and not done it, he did it. But her no longer living solves all of his problems? People need to get lives, therapy and just move on.

I recommend reading the restraining orders for the past details, very enlightening and it’s crazy that prosecution weren’t allowed to bring it up in court in my opinion.

She was alive when emt got to her house 😢, in my unprofessional opinion I think she could have possibly been saved if everyone acted quicker. The officers acted like she was a dead body and just carried on leaving her there. From these videos it seems like forever and so much precious time was wasted. She was victimized by this pos and by these "first responders", they treated this case like some psycho woman screaming for no reason. She was a woman screaming for her life because she was being attacked. I'm so deeply sorry Amie, you did not deserve this, no one does other than the pos.

Defense Attorney only has 5 or 6 years of experience. He is not that aggressive about helping his client, does not seem to know right questions to ask either. He is Court appointed attorney. GP needs a new attorney!
