  1. No predators should not have access to social media. If it were up to me they'd stay in prison but I understand it clutters with ppl so apparently you gotta let em go at some point. Lock them in there house predators can't change there sick individuals & deserve nothing

  2. The one lady in the beginning said constitutional rights can be changed in the name of public safety no public safety is not important when it comes to constitutional rights that forever protect us all save the constitution save the republic

  3. It's not them wanting to protect predators. It's about protecting the validity of the Constitution. Some people serve time then turn their life around and never get into trouble again. One guy I knew in high school was barely 18 and got charged and convicted of possession of child porn because the school police officer confiscated his phone and found nude pictures of a 17 year old who was also a senior just like us but she had a few months until she turned 18. He's a convicted sex offender. This topic needs more legal discussion because as they stated in the video, the law is way too broad as it's currently written.

  4. !! When the Blonde woman says flat out "Jail can't fix you, it can keep you off the streets" I loved how it didn't seem like anyone in the group was even slightly phased by it… oh my god.

  5. Why are none of these lawyers addressing that social media companies are privately owned entities? They have every right to defend the integrity of their brand by blocking sexual predators from using their platforms.

  6. Omg they started arguing it becomes hilarious 🤣😆 and Jason saying, "You said the whole internet, you said the whole internet, you said the whole internet, is that the whole internet?!"🤣😂😂😂😂😂

  7. NO……. SEX OFFENDERS ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT– I REPEAT, NOT– BE ALLOWED ON SOCIAL MEDIA. GEEZ, DO YOU REALLY HAVE TO ASK THAT QUESTION? REGARDLESS OF THEIR AGE, A SEX OFFENDER IS DANGEROUS AND POSES A THREAT TO THE SAFETY OF OTHERS, EVEN TO OTHER GROWN ADULTS!!

  8. the cat fight between them was funny but i would've keeled over in my chair if they had said 'sex offender' loud enough for some dude to hear and walk over and say '' yo! wut you say about me?''

  9. No they should not they are con artist . An liers . heck to me any sex charges on someone like rappaist an pedafiles sexual deveants should have no choice but have a racking chip put in them an watched that I believe would help a lot an get them into some kind of therapy monitering. 😇😇 that would put eyes on the sex predictors. An help get so much pressure off the officer's. 😇 stay safe god bless.😇💝✌

  10. I think social apps should verify with Id and ssi and fingerprints for every log in therefore minors won’t be able to fake their age making it harder on pedos to engage in conversation.

  11. The answer is no plain and simple. Sex offenders should not be allowed on social media. You can get news and other media related things on sites that aren't social media related. Also that Jason guy needs to shut up

  12. A SEX OFFENDER IS NOT A PREDATOR, SOMEONR COULD OF WALKED PAST THE WRONG PERSON AT THE WRONG TIME ACCIDENTALLY TOUCHED THEM AND END UP A SEXUAL OFFENDER

  13. If they just go on social media to have sex or something then he cannot have social media but if that’s not the only thing he does then then he may have it like if they wanted to post a picture or talk to an old friend from the other side of the world but people need to know that they can’t talk to someone who’s like double your age
