A jury found Thomas Randolph guilty of killing his sixth wife, Sharon Causse, and Michael Miller — the man police believe Randolph hired to kill Causse. In 2017, Randolph was convicted of the crimes — but a judge granted him a new trial after the court determined witnesses and evidence used in the original trial should have never been admitted as fact.

These folks in the jury definately do not understand reasonable doubt and this happens so often nowadays it’s a shame and we should think about doing something to clarify and help jurors understand what that means.
