    These types get promoted because they are the type these cities and departments want. They pay out judgements and cover up for these type people to demonstrate that they want that type of officer/grunt/henchman.

    People need to start paying attention to how absolutely hateful, entitled and racist 2nd and 3rd immigrants are towards minorities and how disgusting they treat immigrants.

    NYC cops are the worst. They think they are in the Law and Order TV show where they can just go up to someone randomly and start harassing them for no reason. I’ve seen it first hand there.

    0:38 I got to say this is what I'm used to the cops getting I went to school with other cadets and I had to get the hell out of there because I watched one of them kill a African American man and blame it on someone else and get away with it. And I was told stop lying He's a good cadet
