Miami Dolphins player Tyreek Hill was handcuffed and detained right before the team’s opening game Sunday. Officers with the Miami-Dade Police Department said the player was driving erratically and he was acting “uncooperative” before an officer was seen slamming him out of his McLaren onto the pavement. Hill was eventually released from police detainment and scored a touchdown to help secure a win against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

  1. Hill's version of what happened is completely different from what actually happened. He acted like a rich spoiled brat. He got what he asked for and apparently what he wanted. Were the cops perfect? No. Could he have avoided all of this? Yes. Don't act like he's not responsible for his own actions. He was a jerk. He could have very easily avoided all of this.

  2. My Dad worked for an NFL team fpr 20 years. Trust me I know, the players and management think rules dont apply to them and that they are above them. Probably this way with most high profile professional athletes. Money get to the head, money brings power (in their minds)

  3. Wtf is going on here? Why did he get pulled over for a seat belt violation, turn into a police department party? Just because he's driving a sweet car? Why you bother this ninja? Just leave the man alone on a nice sunny day! You worried about his safety dring a multimillion dollar vehicle?

  4. Miami cops have no chill lol so emotional and they are not even American look how they act with hill and trippie redd lol

  5. Traffic stop….major attitude….rude…insulting….loud exhaust…tinted windows…..would have happened to anyone…knee surgery…expensive car….NFL player….so what….the law is the law…an ounce of respect goes a long way….shouting orders at the popo…that's a nogo…

  6. Remember, the official report is that he drove at a "visual estimation of 60" in a 40 mph zone. Some people out here saying he was driving 100 just to make the cops look better.

  7. Tyreek escalated the situation here; he clearly closed his window after initial contact with the Peace Officer. This whole ordeal could have been avoided by just complying with Law Enforcement. Tyreek is setting a bad example for the youth of Miami that look up to him, this whole ordeal is disgraceful, he should just Man-Up and admit his mistake, WHAT A WUSS!

  8. Who the f*ck is Drew?
When the police told him to get out of the car and then opened the door, they have to give him the opportunity to actually get out of the car. They didn’t do that and it was completely unnecessary. Other than that, I don’t think they roughed him up very bad at all. The police officer evidently had a lot of other violations and suspensions. Maybe it should be time for him to retire and find some other line of work. He should still get his pension for the 27 years he worked in law-enforcement, risking his life, dealing with people like this.

  9. He rolled the window down . The police should’ve went back to bike write the ticket and came back . But , instead he got upset because tyreek was being rude . He let his ego get in the way .the law don’t give a f about your feelings.
