A massive ring of corruption was just exposed in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A massive group of crooked cops in three different agencies, taking a massive amount of bribes, all centering around one criminal defense attorney, Thomas Clear, III, who has apparently been the real-life Saul Goodman for the last 30 years. The feds are prosecuting many of the individuals involved and a class action lawsuit has been filed. In this video I interview the lawyers handling the class action.

  2. Judges involved in the high dismissals… This scheme has been going on for potentially 3 decades… And they let Menendez leave the country on bond? I'd say the corruption goes deeper than just NM and someone higher up in law enforcement and the justice system does not want Menendez talking. "We'll let you leave the country as long as you promise to stay out and shut your mouth. But if you choose to stay here, or if you come back, just remember what happened to Jeffrey Epstein."

  3. Ty for this vid. And ty to the attorneys who r working on this. Our justice system is broken and rigged. We r dealing with a case in Raleigh,nc. It is so corrupt. It seems it is all about extracting the most money, not justice. They r pirates in Raleigh. This case u showed has all the trappings of the same systems. Pay the lawyer, or pay the jail, or pay the bail bondsman,it seems that it is all rigged. To fuck over American citizens. Sobriety tests. DAs withholding evidence. Loss of evidence. Officers not showing up to court. They get their pay and we get fucked the world is full of those that take, and those that give. Decide which side u r on.
In the end real justice will be decided, and the corrupt will pay

  4. The fall out is going to be a nightmare… All cases that any of them had any interaction are tainted,,, How many convicted and still in prison will be exonerated or their sentences and ,, and ,,,, this will be HUGE !!! just immagine the aftermath of a suicide because they literally destroyed lives, marriages, …Begining of the end for qualified immunity?? Pretty solid evidence to end IT…

  5. How many victims are not residents of New Mexico, they were just passing thru the area. By officers quitting and leaving their positions does that absolve them of culpability? Who are the judges allowing the officers to skirt their actions? This is not right. Who says the lawyers dad did not start the scheme? Other officers dead and gone, retired whatever, how do we know if the previous generation is not involved?

  6. 🎉This kind of fleecing has been going on for decades. I know because it happened to Me and My life and career was over for more than 10 years. I missed out on My 1 year old son growing up, the death and burial of both of My parents and a long process of making peace with the past without holding a grudge. I have learned that money and power are influential right or wrong. We can only hope they get what they deserve. Chances are they won't. If consequences were real!

  7. if the state or federal gubment doesn't make restitution after letting all these goobers walk away like the characters of a flimflam movie we need to restart the oubliette protocol.

  8. Funny. Im a truck driver. If i were alleged to have driven drunk hit and killed someone, i couldn't just resign and escape questioning . Why do we allow police to do it?

  9. Well good thing the true victims here don't have to worry about retribution by any official agency or Our Brave Officers (Thank you for your service!)
What most of you don't understand is the actual state of 'government' throughout all NM. My grandpa used to say it was that way before we were even a state. Lot of "open space."

  10. New Mexico is actually a great place, except Abq which has one of the worst PD ever. They band COPS cause they looked bad. Everywhere else is awesome! APD sucks butt in a bad way and wants bribes to close cases

  11. Interesting. The government just stopped the right to track bad cops .Sounds terribly dangerous.you guys I’m sorry we 10 thousand of your types of professionals to save us from our own government city county state and federally please we appreciate what you are doing. And we need more of you doing it And getting the word out. I am scared. Sad very sad 🫵🇺🇸Abolish. Qualified immunity.

  12. The US needs a totally independent Federal agency to scrutinize all state police departments for corruptions and all sorts of unlawful criminal activities and make sure there is no more violation of our Constitution.
