Bodycam and dashcam footage show the moments surrounding a wild chase that ended with back-to-back officer-involved shootings on August 9. The Los Angeles Police Department said 28-year-old Manuel Ramirez allegedly stole a municipal vehicle and led officers on a high-speed pursuit before he rammed multiple patrol cars. Ramirez was arrested and sent to a nearby hospital where he was treated. He was charged with eight counts of assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer.
