How come when someone like this purposely does a crime like this, they always get a lesser charge. I mean, literally at any point during the crime, she was able to remove him from the suitcase. Yet she I kicked it & recorded it. At one point, I asked or stating something about seeing how he feels after he was in there for a period of time. So, she "didn't think he would pass away," but she knew it was cramped and he could not breathe. And she left him to go to sleep. It might not be the definition of premeditated due to how it happened, but once she decided to let fate sort it out all else that happened is. She left him locked in a tight suitcase hearing him plead for his life and she laughed "oh, well next time you'll think twice. " I h8 by humans and their bias double standards

What’s very sad is she could’ve walked away and ended the relationship without going to prison for an X amount of time.
I watched her in court when she was offered a ple agreement which she would of been out of prison in 5 years but she refused that offer I was gob smacked but by the way she has been acting all through this case since day one she really thought that she could cry battered partner syndrome I think that's what they call it but you know if she took the ple agreement 5 years and would of been out of prison but in a way even though I've just watched it on YouTube but what a horrible way to die stuck in a suitcase what I would love tonight what made him getting it in the first place and especially he must of known she was drunk out of her mind because when the police turned up she was steaming drunk it's on YouTube and how she acted because it really seems like she thought she could get away with it get a not guilty and be free to go home I mean she's got to be simple in the head i mean 5 years or a life sentence I'm assuming she got im gonna see if I can find a video of her being found guilty but what a horrible evil nasty poor excuse for a human being it truly is that poor man there's another video of the police being called for her arguing with her boyfriend the one she more or less sat there and watched him die but what a horrible way to go I feel for his family but I really hope when she gets sentenced that she gets a life sentence but definitely definitely without parole because she doesn't deserve to be out and free and have a chance to live the rest of her life because the poor man who she sat there and watched not only that but was mocking him as well I mean she was proper taking the piss out of him whilst he was in that horrible suitcase it makes me feel really I agitated and that's cuz of the thought of being stuck in a suitcase I couldn't imagine a more terrible death R.I.P at least he won't have to put up with that poor excuse for a woman anymore owe I hope she gets slammed in that court room

9 attorneys… Imagine being such a pain in the ass that even 9 FREE attorneys don’t want to help you… I don’t pity her or her boyfriend. He was very abusive physically and mentally with her. I really don’t think she meant to kill him in all honesty. I think she wanted to make him feel the way she did but at some point she got way too drunk and ended up passing out and forgetting about him even being in there. And that would have made a perfect defense has she just kept her mouth shut and requested a lawyer. Yeah the video is damning but this could be viewed as a battered woman having a bit of revenge but it went too far but was still unintentional. She could have gotten off lightly with manslaughter and served only 5 to 10 years.
I was wondering how can a grown man fit in a suitcase ? I did research and read he was 5’2 103 lbs. What she did was inhumane. She clearly planned this murder because she attempted to cover it up.
