   If she hadn't of gone to his house the incident wouldn't of happened plus you both aren't medical experts or practitioners. Not saying homicide but she caused his episode 😮

   Anna sounds very biased against the mother at the beginning. Just listen to her tone when she speaks about her. These men dominate and rob a lot of women out of what they have achieved together, and this woman, like many others, was not taking it sitting down. He was not well but wanted to cheat her out of everything to go and share with someone else. Give the woman a break. The daughter wants the mother to go to jail so she can get all the materialism.

   I don't agree that the charges are crazy. My daughter can die from a punch or slap due to her medication and health problems. So this could of easely happen to the ex husband

    I think you didn’t represent the details of this case well enough. Penny left work for 3 weeks to take care of her ex husband who had a stroke when his family didn’t step up. They had an amicable divorce even if there were hard feelings. She was staying at his family’s house temporarily. She didn’t go there thinking he would get a heart attack. She went there to buy more time and she felt offended that after she spent time to take care of him he was evicting her. She didn’t go there to cause his heart attack. And she did do what 911 person said to do. She also has a teen daughter who was challenging. She will likely grow out of this but at the moment she is being stubborn and selfish and hates her mother. All these things are not reasons to say she caused her ex husbands death and should be jailed.

    What a wild case. Is she responsible for his death? No. I don’t think so. The argument may have started his cardiac arrest but that’s not murder. It’s just a sad ending to a contentious divorce

    Ana, so blinkered and prejudiced about the east coast, eg, the “New England stare”. Do you think there are not wealthy, prominent, and well-connected families anyplace in the US except on the east coast?
    I think we all expect better from someone who calls herself a journalist.

    Idk, if it wasn't for her attacking him, and stating "he doesn't need CPR" I don't think he would've had the heart attack that caused the death and he could've been saved. She should've been charged with SOMETHING, if not the manslaughter. He had marks on his face from her attacking him. It would be different if he came to her house and was the main instigator, but that isn't so and he was telling her to leave. They are also affecting their children fighting like that in front of them. Where are the pictures/documentation if this was self defense? I don't think their daughter is lying, I think this woman having money and status saved her from being charged, as if this was anyone else, a normal person, they would've been charged!!

    Divorce proceedings can bring out the crazy in ordinarily rationale individuals. Penny sounded unhinged going to his house at 10:00 pm. He never should have opened the door. My guess is the ex-wife is a volitile woman & the ex- husband most likely endured this type of behavior for 15 years. I don’t think Penny is responsible for his death, but she does not come across as a saint.

    I had an ex that did the same thing to both of his parents. Stressed them out until they had a heart attack. His dad died. Mom almost died.

    And if I was at mother, I would have nothing to do with that daughter. Sounds like to me, she thought, she would get wealthy off of Daddy passing away and Mama being put in prison. Sounds like they raised a very greedy daughter, who wanted everything for herself

    I'm a senior with health issues and one of them is high blood pressure, so I avoid arguing at all costs, I walk away for my health because my health is more important than arguing. It came to this because two adults caused this situation to actually happen over time. Plus if mom was convicted, dose the daughter get everything?

    Wow, I’m really surprised that Anna seems to think that the wife should have been charged. The daughter is not a video that is 100% fact. The daughter is a human with a bad relationship with her mom and clearly sided with her father. The wife is not responsible for the husbands health. Bottom line. She was found innocent, so that is it.

    So two people get into an argument, one of them is unhealthy and dies, and the other one is charged with murdering them? In what kind of world are we living where someone’s health issue becomes the reason to ruin another’s life by accusing them of murder – just because they had the nerve to get into an argument with that person During a very volatile situation? This is unbelievable. It never should have been charged.

    This case should never have been brought to the court. She didn't make him unhealthy and if he had been calm and not reacting he would not have had a medical incident. Sounds like it could have happened any time he got agitated.

    They ARE constantly used Successfully in London not just in these situations BUT for basic Crowd or when traffic lights go out for direct traffic control not only Very Safely. but better . As in many other European cities . They are incredibly trained and Maybe this is a subject you should look into rather than casually. disparage

    IMO, he was a ticking time bomb and if he just stayed calm maybe it would not happened.
