‘She was assassinated’: Woman ambushed in her home as killer remains unknown

What started out as a friendly phone call became something out of a horror movie when a friend heard Gwen Greenblatt scream and drop the phone. The concerned friend called police to the scene, and it was nothing short of gruesome. Gwen had been fatally shot in the head. But who would kill her and why? Despite the fact that investigators found Gwen’s estranged husband’s and a potential accomplice’s DNA at the scene, the case remains unsolved.
