Some felons (I know plenty including my brother) just don't want to work, they have horrid work ethics and hate when they are told what to do by their superiors. I use to hire people for a fast food place and even when they were felons we would offer them a position at min. wage & they would throw a stink like they were entitled to more pay for less education & experience & they always had "issues" with their superiors.
Crime occurs in the community, and reintegration solutions must be centered in the community
