   100% Josh! Just because an expert witness has an opinion on evidence… doesn’t mean truth. Look at Ellen Greenberg’s case.. we can all see it wasn’t done by her. But yet based on an “expert’s” opinion, it was. We know prosecutors and defense higher their own experts.. for a reason.

    Combs' attorneys have sought to introduce expert testimony, most notable from forensic psychiatrist Dr. Elie Aoun. The goal is for the expert to detail how the alleged effects of substance use may have led to a "diminished" state of mental capacity during the critical periods in question.

    Have they thought about him slipping and falling and hitting his head and hurt his arm in the process? I dont think she did it or his friends in the house. Everyone was drinking and I think it came down to a terrible accident. Especially with some of the evidence. She had that in her search bar bc she was already looking for him and couldn't find him. He would have to be in the snow somewhere. But if he never entered the house, and there's no evidence of him getting hit by a car. The only other thing that makes sense is him falling and hurting himself.

    Karen read is innocent . Jen mccabe lied to the feds and also to the high court . John wasnt hit by a car those marks on his arm are from a large dog . I have similar marks on my arm from my dog with cuts from nails. Also ojo didnt hit hos head on no ground because injuries to his head and brain can only be done by a blunt instrument coz of the haemorrhages on his brain. Jen said he was still bleeding so did karen a dead body doesnt bleed out

    Diddy will absolutely be found guilty. We haven’t heard all the evidence that will be presented and the feds have a very strong and lengthy track record of success. They just don’t bring about charges like this for lifestyle choices, and parties with willing participants. This will come down to tr@fficking; did he cross people over for the purpose of his proclivities?

    I think the diminished capacity claim is a hail mary by his defense because he rejected a plea deal. He’s a guy who has had everything his way for decades and has a great belief in his ability to remain untouchable. I would say, realistically, his overconfidence is his ‘diminished capability’. Diddy isn’t understanding the reality of the likely outcome. I don’t envy his defense counsel. He’s probably going down big.
