I think Jeffrey may have convinced Leon to kill Delano to prove his love after catching them in the act. It’s very possible, imo that he killed Leon out of self defense
So Jeremy just happened to kill and undress Leon in exactly the same way Delano would be found in even though Leon supposedly didn't tell him until the day he was killed and Jeremy only states Leon said he killed him not how, but yeah it was 100% two different people eye-roll The two hammers mean nothing either it just shows one of the murders was planned and the other was a moment of rage. I think Jeremy killed Delano for some reason and most likely manipulated Leon into keeping quiet using his mental illnesses, and maybe love, against him but Leon eventually decided he couldn't lie anymore so Jeremy killed him.
